Basic hotel. Breakfast was very basic but outdoor dining area was nice. Parking lot next to hotel is not the one that the hotel has a discount rate for -- the assigned parking lot is quite a walk away. No room maid service all week.

The property was clean as well as the room. Close to public beach and places to eat. I was disappointed with the breakfast offerings stale breads cereal and juices/coffee. I guess I was expecting a little more to start my day. Service at the front desk was mediocre I was never told to go and get my parking pass on the 2nd floor it wasn't until day 3 that another guest mentioned it while riding down in the elevator so I was paying parking over $30 / day instead of $15.00/day. Providing information at check in is necessary because you're guest doesn't know what questions to ask, not knowing about parking made me pretty upset. However now that I know I would consider staying again.

Checked in for valentines weekend 2025 the floors are all very slippery in the halls and rooms… The heat does not work it was extremely cold in the rooms to the point we had to warm up with the blow dryer under the blanket. The breakfast isn’t good it’s fruit, bread cereal was looking for pancakes/ waffles, sausages, bacon, eggs. The lamps were dusty and look like the lamp shades were burnt. There was two doors extra in the room which i believe led to other rooms and we didn’t really like that so we put the dressers in front of them each. There was nothing in the vending machine to purchase or any sodas in the machine. There wasn’t a actually blanket for the bed it was just throw overs and the phone in the room didn’t work we called about it they said someone would come the next morning no one came also you have to request your room to be cleaned extra items for your room too.

The property itself was nicely designed and laid out. For whatever reason no one came to do housekeeping daily. When I left the hotel there is a dumpster on the walk to the parking and needless to say horrible smell.

This hotel’s location is phenomenal. A lot of things are walkable, old San Juan, t-mobile district, Condado. The room was a little dated but it was clean and the views are amazing. Also should note there wasn’t hot water during my stay which I thought would be inconvenient but I got used to it and actually was refreshing (wasn’t ice cold water more like lukewarm at best). The room was also gigantic so there’s plenty of room to spread out! Highly recommend this hotel.
