When we first check in and was given a room it had a black substance on the ceiling. We had to afl for another room and none was available. So once we ask for a suite that was available and cost an extra $40 per night. The suite was very nice

This is not a good hotel. The room was noisy and not especially clean. Breakfast is limited. Front desk, staff not helpful. In general, avoid it’s possible, if nothing else is available it is tolerable for one night

Everyone on staff was very helpful. Clean. Breakfast every morning was awesome and free happy hour every day 5-7pm. Food and drinks at the swim up restaurant bar also great, as was the pool area and fitness room.

Exceptional service! Smooth check in with such a nice and hospitable front desk staff (Denise) and happy hour was a great time to walk in! We were here for only one night at the end of our trip in Puerto Rico, and were exhausted so decided to eat dinner at the pool bar. It exceeded our expectations.staff was wonderful! Food was delicious.

Terrible customer service. Pool is so small and the rooms are dirty. I found a ball of hair behind the bathroom door, a hair comb on the floor next to the TV, the breakfast was cold. Don’t recommend unless is a last minute trip.

The hotel is minutes away from the airport which is convenient. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk and the hotel provides complimentary beach chairs & umbrellas. Now my experience with the hotel could have been better. I got in late after 10PM and my room was ready but the TV wasn't working. I told the front desk and nothing was done that night. I called in the morning and they sent a tech to repair and he had to reset the system so no TV until the afternoon. Since we were going out was fine. Our 2nd night there they forget to clean our room and replace towels. I call the desk they come and empty just 1 trash can and bring towels. No apologies for anything. I am a patient person so I wasn't upset, but the lack accountability was astonishing. I had a late flight and requested a late check out. The front desk told me call at 8AM and ask. I went to the lobby and was told they were booked up and couldn't assist me. In Spanish I overheard the attendant tell the other one they could have told me that last night. why make me waste time and ask in the morning? I hope this review helps someone. I know I will not return to this hotel.
