Perfect for a family or 3 couples
We absolutely love this property. We had stayed at the st Regis which is on the same property about 8 months prior and this time we were 6 people instead of two so I looked to see what type of condos there were on the property and I was very pleasantly surprised. We had access to basically all of the hotel amenities for our trip. They have a “wellness center” on site which is a nice gym with great equipment. The breakfast buffet at the st Regis is amazing 10/10. The property is quiet, safe and beautiful. I highly recommend renting a golf cart with your stay. We did not but we wished we had. The unit was extremely clean and plenty big for 3 couples to be comfortable. This property is about 30 minutes in a car from San Juan. This did not bother us because we wanted to explore different parts of the island and not just San Juan. Overall, I would definitely go back and I believe the price is incredibly fair considering the location and how big and nice the unit is.

Best Vacation and Most Helpful Property Manager
We had the best time in Puerto Rico! The Bahia Beach community has a million things to do- my 3 boys were kept constantly entertained without even leaving the property- from biking, golf, beach, a giant water obstacle course. It was the best! The property manager was extremely helpful which is not always the case. He made our time even more memory filled. I have already recommended this property to multiple friends!

Perfect spot!
Our family spent 6 days at this beautiful villa. Our host was gracious and accommodating from the moment we booked. He helped with everything from transportation and sightseeing recommendations to groceries and last minute requests. The villa itself was gorgeous and impeccably decorated and clean. We had the beach and pool right outside our door, and a patio to relax on as we watched our kids come and go. We couldn’t have asked for a better set up. So much do for all family members- golf, fishing, pickleball, gym, beach club, spa and our own golf cart to explore the club and get from place to place. The different options for dining out coupled with our ability to eat in, made it easy and stress free feeding hungry teenagers. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return.

Fantastic Stay
This unit is better than the pictures even show! Arturo is a fantastic host and gave great advice/recommendations. We didn't do much cooking but it seemed like the condo had everything you could need and was well stocked. It's located in a gated property that includes the St. Regis and privately owned units (rent the golf cart - its a huge complex!). These condo units have a separate gym/fitness area than the hotel, but the beach club seemed to be more of a mix between the two. The beach club is steps away from the condo with a pool/restaurant as well as chair service at the pool and beach area just in front. The St. Regis also has a pool (that we didn't visit), spa, and restaurants that can be used. We really only found ourselves there for a nightcap after dinners. We are avid golfers and brought our clubs to get some much needed winter practice in. The practice facilities are complementary to all guests, but, at times, we found the driving range understaffed and out of balls. The course itself was beautiful and in great shape. However, outside the property there wasn't a ton to do in Rio Grande and I would definitely recommend renting a car if you want to see the island. San Juan is about a 35-45 minute drive depending on traffic. Bahia Beach Resort a great location if you're looking for a relaxed, secluded beach getaway, but if you're into nightlife/fine dining/city atmosphere, this may not be for you.

Condo within gates of St. Regis!!!! AMAZING
I first want to start by sharing that Arturo was great to work with. He answered all of my questions quickly and offered suggestions for where to eat and shop for some groceries. His property was TOP NOTCH!! Had a wow factor when you walk in! His unit is as nice as any property/hotel that we have stayed at and we tend to stay at 5 star resorts. The unit is clean and has been recently updated and it shows...the pictures online don't do the property justice. The master bed was a sleep number and quite comfortable along with perfect pillows. The entire unit/bedrooms were quite spacious. We rented a golf cart for our stay but you don't need to and probably wouldn't if I returned as the Beach Club is a 2-3 minute walk as is the Club House for golf. Golf is top notch and tight!!! I was able to play 18 in 2.5 hours due to getting out early. The coffee/snack house is great for coffee and the Beach Club has nice service and options for lunch/dinner. The beach is amazing and easy to walk and the water is perfect temperature. The complex is about 30-40 minutes from the airport and is easy to drive to. I would highly recommend this as a place to escape!!!

“Paradise”
"Paradise" best encapsulates our five night, six day stay at the Villa. The Villa is well appointed, clean and new. The kitchen is fully equiped to prepare a gourmet meal (we cooked 2). We chose to dine on the patio with the crashing Atlantic waves as our company. The bedrooms (quality bedding) are large with TVs in two of the three (note that we were able to watch the NFL football playoffs on cable--and our fav. episodes on AppleTV). There is fast internet if you need to work (I did a little). The villa is a three minute walk from a great beach. Between the Villa and the beach is a great pool, that we used once (otherwise barely used). A six minute walk to the east and you are at the Beach Club. The Beach Club had a nice bar and indoor/outdoor restaurant (we ate once there and it was great) and, of course, plenty of beach and room at the pool, with an attentive staff managing all. Although we didn't golf, I am a golfer and the golf facilities are solid. A five minute golf cart ride west and you are at the St. Regisl Hotel, which has 3 great restaurants, including a cool spot that has a pizza oven (good pizza). We ended most of our evenings at the bar/restuarant at St. Regis for night caps and dessert. My daughter made it to the boathouse and said there was plenty to do. We were content reading by the pool and walking the miles of beach. Arturo took great care of all of our needs, including giving us great local food recommendations. Amazing, Wow!

No need to look any further!
We had an AMAZING stay at Las Brisas! The villa is beautiful! Updated, decorated beautifully and meticulously maintained. It is located steps from the beach with the fantastic pool in between (what felt like a private pool). We rented a golf cart and loved just driving among the stunning grounds. The beauty of this resort is unmatched and had everything we wanted. It was so peaceful and relaxing with the natural beauty, golf, restaurants, beaches, water park and pools. Arturo, the owner, was wonderful. He made sure our stay was perfect! He gave great recommendations on tours, restaurants, and literally answered any of our questions in such a timely manner. We truly appreciate having that wonderful communication and hospitality! We had such a wonderful vacation and we would recommend 10/10 staying at Las Brisas!!

Our stay in the Las Ventana, Las Brisas Villa was delightful. Arturo and his team were attentive to all our needs both before and during our stay in Puerto Rico. The Villa is impeccable and super comfortable with high-end amenities. I highly recommend staying at the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort!
