2 Traumwochen als Großfamilie
Wir waren im Oktober 2019 als Großfamilie (Großeltern, wir als Eltern und 2 Kleinkinder (0 und 3) in dieser Wohnung. Es war absolut fantastisch. die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, großzügige Zimmer, bequeme Betten, große Küche und Esszimmer, grandiose Dachterrasse mit Grill und Gartendusche. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen (Küchenutensilien, Gewürze, Öle, Wasser und Obst als Begrüßung im Kühlschrank, Spielsachen, Strandstühle, und und und).Pool und Strand sind nur ein paar Meter. Das Meer ist sehr ruhig, am Strand gibt es sowohl sonnige als auch schattige Plätzchen. Es war die ganzen 2 Wochen sehr ruhig und niemals überlaufen. Ab und an waren wir sogar ganz alleine am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen, und auch tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Regenwald, die Inseln Vieques, Culebra...). Der Check-In und die Betreuung vor Ort war super und unkompliziert. Wir kommen wieder!!!!!!! Danke für alles.

Clean and spacious villa
The villa is nice and clean. The upstairs terrace is wonderful. The owner and the property manager are very attentive and responsive to communication. The pool is perfect. Overall, it is a very quiet, clean complex. My family and I didn't love Seven Seas beach which was the main reason we chose this location. You have to cross some large, sharp, rocky areas to enter the ocean and the water was very cloudy while we were there. No ability to snorkel at all even though some sites say this beach is good for snorkeling. The villa is fairly close to El Yunque and we enjoyed hiking and seeing the rainforest.

Perfect beach stay
The property location was ideal for our beach vacation. Literally across the street from Seven Seas Beach. The unit was super clean and very comfortable for 6 people.The view from the rooftop is glorious. The owner communication was excellent; the property manager was professional and friendly, and took care of all that we needed. Excellent hospitality all around!

Amazing vacation villa!!
We had a wonderful family vacation!! The place was so clean, comfortable beds and had all the amenities. We enjoyed the rooftop for sunrises and sunsets. We saw so many shooting stars. Right across from a calm beautiful beach. We hired Chef Tyler Micjenka to make us dinner (it was amazing) and we chartered a boat from Culebra VIP amd East charters to Culebra. Unfortunately the weather was bad but they took us to two other gorgeous private beaches. Captain and crew were awesome. Luquillo beach and El Yunque gorgeous. Kevin owner and Xiomara the property manager were very attentive to our needs. Thank you for a relaxing wonderful vacation! We plan on renting this place again!!

Well Managed Property
This was our first trip to Puerto Rico. We learned there is much to do and it is challenging to hit all the best attractions in one trip. Vieques and Culebra take time and coordination. Weather conditions can drastically alter the experience. San Jose is a big city worth exploring and it is a full hours drive away from Fajardo. All this to say that the location of this property is especially great for exploring Fajardo and El Yunque. It is well situated to explore PR or to just relax. There are great beaches within walking distance with a blend of locals and tourists. The property was well maintained, as listed.

Wonderful condo & great location!
We stayed here in June 2024. The condo is very clean and looks just like the photos. The beds were comfortable. The private rooftop area was amazing. Everything was in working order. Please note: this condo is on the top floor so you will have to go up 3 flights of stairs to get to it (and another flight to get to the roof) there are no elevators. Xiomara, the hostess, texted a few hours before we arrived to the condo to introduce herself and to let us know to contact her if we had any questions or issues. We only had one issue and Xiomara was quick to help. The location of this condo is great (you will need a rental car to get around) we went to the El Yunke Rainforest, took a kayak tour to Laguna Grande to see the bioluminescence with Pure Adventures, took a sailing catamaran to an island and a reef for snorkeling with Spread Eagle II, walked around Old San Juan, hiked to La Zanja, and hung out at Seven Seas Beach right across the street. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a vacation to Fajardo!

Our family had a great week. I have visited PR many times but never stayed on this side of the island. Fajardo is beautiful. The condo was perfect for our needs. Clean, great A/C and pool; and friendly residents/or renters and great food nearby. What a wonderful week at this fantastic Fajardo property. Beautiful, clean and so very well kept. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed or wanted. Breezy Paradise
Our family had a very comfortable stay. The penthouse was clean and had all the needed amenities. The rooftop terrace was always enjoyable with a fabulous breeze. The grocery store was close and the beach even closer! From 7seas beach the “hidden” beaches Colora and Escondida were so worth the walk. Their beauty was a gorgeous snapshot of Caribbean paradise. The location is also only minutes from kayaking into Laguna Grande for a bioluminescent bay tour. We also easily drove to El Yunque Rainforest and the Luquillo Kiosks. Old San Juan was only about an hour away and the largest marina in the Caribbean was 20min away. From there we took a snorkel trip to Culebra- a gorgeous white sand paradise. You can’t beat the location and ability to walk to the beach and dining or ability to drive to multiple adventures. We would definitely recommend staying here for vacation!

Family Vacation 2024!!
This beachfront property in Fajardo was absolutely amazing!! The rooftop terrace is the key component to our breathtaking ocean views. Our kids bounced between the pool and the beach daily. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well. Kevin and Xiomara were excellent communicators and provided us with a plethora of activity and restaurant recommendations prior to our travel. Thank you both for an amazing experience.

Description of the property is accurate the view is wonderful from the roof top. The owner quickly responded to a small issue entering the gate. The Hostess Xiomara sent us a text before we arrived to check on our arrival time and also responded quickly to our questions. The space is perfect for a group of 6, the condo is well stocked with cookware, utensils and dinning needs. The knives could use a good sharpening. The beach towels and chairs available were great for the beach. Having a washer and dryer in good working order was a plus. You likely will not spend much time in the condo with the gorgeous view from the rooftop with a full bathroom available as well. We spent most of our early mornings and evenings up top. There is ample small restaurants/Kiosks near to the condo the BBQ at el estacion was excellent and great atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable this is the 1st time at a Vrbo that we were thrilled with the beds. You don’t want to leave the back window louvers open when you go to sleep. The Roosters are plentiful and very noisy about 4:00 am. Take in the stars at night on the rooftop we got to see a shooting start. Living room furniture not the most comfortable but only stayed in there 1 time to watch the Super Bowl. If you stay inside to watch TV you are missing out on a beautiful night up top. Owner and host very nice and very responsive to very minor issues and quickly resolved. Thank you to them for a great vacation opportunity.

Stay with friends.
We stayed for one week with three couples in the unit. Everyone was happy with the size of the rooms and the comfort of the mattresses. The highlight was the rooftop terrace, lots of sun, fun, music, and laughs. Amenities such as the beach chairs, towels, and kitchen supplies were a plus. Location to the beach, hidden beaches, and nature preserve were a big bonus for our interests of hiking and site seeing. Plenty of nearby restaurants to walk to also. Will be recommending this place to many people.

This property was lovely and the beach right across the street was beautiful. There is quite a bit of construction going on in the area. The condo was well equipped. There are numerous restaurants in the nearby area that served great food. We spent a day at the rainforest El Yunque ehich was awesome and highly recommended. This was a great relaxing spot. The Hidden Beach was a bit of a hike but also very pretty. You really need a car as the streets at night are unlit and there are no sidewalks and the supermarket is about a 10 minute drive. We never used the pool- it is very small but might appeal to those with young children. Cons- very loud air conditioners, not walkable in the area except to the beach, third floor walk up was okay for us but beware no elevator for those with mobility issues.

Perfection
Excellent location and amenities for a family vacation. Condo is beautiful, with a large fully equipped kitchen (we had four people cooking at one time), dining area, and absolutely fantastic roof terrace with ocean views. Very comfortable for six adults. Steps from a popular beach and an amazing nature preserve, close to a bioluminescent bay and rainforest. It was quiet and peaceful and we loved it.

Great location
Great location at Seven Seas beach. Helpful property manager and owner. Yes, there is construction going on for the road adjacent to the property on two sides. You still have great views, a pathway to the beach, and a pedestrian path to the part of the road under construction which leads to many restaurants. The house was well stocked. The only recommended improvement is to provide more seating inside. The couch is small which means our party of 6 had people sitting at the dining room table (not comfortable long term) when the room will easily fit a second couch against the patio wall, or a few comfortable chairs. The roof top patio is awesome and provides plenty of hangout space. Visit las vistas cafe for breakfast! Gladis and her staff provided our best breakfast/brunch with service that truly was perfect. Costa Mia and La Parilla were great too.

Pros- I min walk to beach, nice pool, condo Nicely decorated with quality beading and towels. Great beach chairs provided. Many nice local places to eat. Close to area attractions. Cons- high added fees during VRBO booking. Outside of condo complex the area is run down and road construction is daily. Overall I recommend staying here.

Lovely Fajardo Condo with Terrace
Very nice condo. Especially enjoyed the terrace. The pool is very nice. Owner provides everything you could need (chairs, umbrella, cooler) to enjoy time in the sun in PR. Lighting in 2 of the rooms is a challenge in the summer. There are no windows. Just blinds that open up to the outside. Leaving them open was not an option in the heat. We moved lamps from the living area into the rooms. We had a few challenges during our stay that were out of the owners control. The pool was closed for 3 of the 5 days we were there for repairs but he made accomodations for access to another pool for a day. We also had an electric outage that was resolved within a few hours but one of the AC units did not come back on. It was a weekend so he couldn't get a technician out but his property manager came out on his day off and was able to fix it. I would give the owner 5 stars for his efforts to address all of our concerns quickly and fully. Just be aware that there is a lot of construction for new sewer lines which makes getting in and out of the complex a bit challenging. Also while there are many restaurants within walking distance, many were not open during the week when we visited.

We enjoyed the beach and out stay. Area was very busy during the holiday week. Pool area was a bit dirty from birds. Roof top balcony was our favorite.

Second Visit to this Part of Paradise
We stayed at the same location a year ago with our extended family of two children (8 and 10) and in-laws. My spouse and I loved it so much we came back for a "just us" vacation this year. Easy access to some of the best restaurants and beaches in the area along with enough seclusion to be off the beaten path. The property is well decorated, immaculately clean and with modern ammenities. The view from the rooftop is stunning as ever, even if July is a bit hot to really make use of it. We will be back, thank you so much for the opportunity to visit again.

Excellent property
This property looks exactly as pictured. Was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the rooftop terrace and spent most of our time up there. Communication with property owner and property manager were fantastic. We felt like they went out of their way to help when problems (not of their doing or in their control) arose (such as our rental car not starting on check out day).
