Il existe actuellement une nouvelle unité de climatisation destinée à refroidir les appartements sur commande. Il devrait fonctionner pleinement en février. Entre-temps, j'ai installé des climatiseurs de fenêtre qui gardent l'appartement au frais. Magnifiquement meublé et équipé condo de deux chambres à droite sur la plage de Puerto Rico Isla Verde. Notre plage est vierge. Ce condo dispose d'une sécurité 24 heures sur 24, Internet haute vitesse sans fil, parking attribué (si désiré), laveuse / sécheuse, air climatisé central, balcon relaxant donnant sur la plage. Situé au cœur de la région touristique d'Isla Verde, nous sommes entourés de restaurants, de boutiques et du fabuleux hôtel El San Juan, ainsi que des hôtels Intercontinental, Ritz Carlton et Embassy Suites. Les sports nautiques, y compris les jet-skis, les bateaux bananes et le parachute ascensionnel, etc. sont disponibles directement sur notre plage en face des tours ESJ. Kite surf, avec des instructeurs, sont situés directement sur la plage. En outre, nous sommes à environ 5 minutes de l'aéroport international de San Juan: Luis Munos Marin aéroport et à seulement 15 minutes de Condado et à 20 minutes du Vieux San Juan

Nora's Beachfront Condo
Everything was exactly the same as the pictures on the web. Condo was clean and the view was fantastic. We had a little difficulty finding the condo but Nora answered me right away and helped us figure out the driving. If we ever go back to San Juan we will be staying in Nora's condo. Charlene

Wow, what a view! The apartment is on the 15th floor and there are 4 elevators. It was an easy check-in process. The unit is tastefully decorated and the bed and furniture very comfortable. There are 4 padded chairs and a table on the balcony overlooking the beach; we spent a lot of time there! There is easy access to the beach. We never used the pool but it looked nice. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes are in the closet; not the cabinets). Plenty of towels are provided, including 4 beach towels. The A/C unit and control are in the bathroom closet. We found that closing the bathroom door at night quieted the on/off noise of the A/C. The unit has wi-fi with easy instructions. The building itself is a quick ride from the airport and is on a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops. We used the Walgreens across the street for food & wine purchases. It's an easy walk to the Royal Sonesta (great beach bar and food) and the San Juan Hotel (great live music and cocktails). We used Uber to get to Old San Juan, La Placita, Bacardi, and a sunset cruise. Communication with Nora was easy. We highly recommend staying here!

The only complaint I have is the parking situation. If you need a car during your stay, then this place cab be inconvenient. It says "parking on site" but in the description it says no parking. There is a lot across the street behind the walgreens but it fills up during the day if you are not in there. There is a CVS parking garage a couple blocks away but it is not cheap. It ended up being ok but having a car is a can be a challenge. If you don't need a car then this place is perfect. Literally 5m from the airport, balcony facing the ocean, full view of the beach, and a 5m walk out of the building and into the ocean (shorter but have to take the elevator). It is a perfect spot. Clean condo, everything you need for cooking, staying, etc. I would absolutely rent this place again, even if I needed a car. Nora is responsive and a great host.

The unit is as advertised. Not super fancy, but clean, and spacious for our family of four. Great location! Awesome ocean view of the Isla Verde beach from the lanai. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loved Isla Verde beach. This was our first visit to Puerto Rico, and we loved Puerto Rico! Lots to do and see, and friendly local people.

Wonderful Condo on Isla Verde Beach
Our stay was great at this condo. We have had extended stays at 3 other places on the beach in the last few years and this was our favorite. The location is perfect and the unit was clean and nice in every way. It had every convenience, a beautiful view with a balcony we almost lived on, and the furnishing, including the linens were beautiful. Nora was very responsive any time I reached out to her. I would not only stay here again, but I would also recommend it to my friends and family.

Beautiful ocean view
We enjoyed our 3 night stay in this 15th floor ocean front condo. The apartment was very clean and supplied with the basics. We strolled on the beach, swam in the pool and walked to nearby restaurants and stores. Two of our favorite activities during our stay were the Old San Juan Food and Culture tour and a visit to El Yunque National Forest. The Puerto Rican people we met were very friendly and gracious.

The views from the balcony are great - the beach is very nice in front of the condo - the condo itself was very clean - has everything we needed - its an older building and the whole area is still recovering a bit from the hurricane - but nothing that distracts from the stay - there is a rooftop bar 2 buildings down that is a great place for a drink - there is a Walgreen's just across the street - Ubers are numerous and quick in front of building - about $6 to old San Juan - easy to get out of town to el Yunque ( there is an Enterprise rent a car 4 blocks down) you have to take a taxi from airport to condo - about a mile - $15 but you can take an Uber back to airport -$4

We are a family of 4 with two kids (3,8) so when we travel we rent apts. All the basics of home were there, except a dishwasher, the twin beds and 2nd full bathroom were a big plus. We enjoyed being on a high floor with full ocean view, as the beach gets loud on weekend nights with nearby nightlife. Property would benefit from updated furnishing, stock of paper towels/toilet paper/hand soap and more beach supplies to avoid having to rent chairs/umbrellas on the beach for $20/day. A good value for the price and would recommend it to others without reservation.
