Great location. However the hotel does not keep up with typical Marriott standards. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. It was lumpy and very hard. My back and shoulders hurt every time trying to sleep.

Hotel was very clean, modern and good customer service. Restaurant on-site. Great location to downtown old San Jaun. Directly across the street from thr cruise port. Only issue was that i wasnt told about a resort fee of $35 until check in. It balance out because thry gave you a $35 voucher to use for food and a drink coupon. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Ok in just we enjoyed the hotel and the guest services employee who attended us. However #1 restrooms on 2nd floor overflowing water on floor. #2 rude employee in restaurant and #3 no towels in pool area btw the pool water was very cloudy. But we enjoyed our stay because we made the best of the situations.

Was expecting a bit more for a $430 a night hotel. Room was clean but had a strong smell of Fabuloso and Mildew. Restaurant was disgusting and menu prices were less than what we were actually charged. Good enough for a night before the cruise but wouldn’t stay any longer for that price.
