The 145 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people - ideal for family getaways.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning (air conditioning is an optional extra. Just ask when booking the villa), a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available under request.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area, which invites you to relax with a heated pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue. Perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. There is also a specially designated raised terrace for 'Al Fresco' dining where you can take in the views over the Golf Course towards the Atlantic Ocean and the Mountains. Pool heating is available for free in the winter but an optional extra in the summer months from 1st May to 30th Sept.
