C'est notre maison loin de chez nous. Notre condo n'est pas configuré comme une location. C'est l'immeuble le plus récent du fameux Captain Morgan's Resort. La propriété dispose de trois piscines, un restaurant, un casino, plusieurs bars et bien plus encore. Venez rester dans notre condo de luxe privé et je vais vous connecter avec les meilleurs endroits et les gens pour vous faire sentir comme un local. Le condo est équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin: épices pour la cuisine, les flotteurs, les serviettes de plage, le mélangeur ninja, la ligne téléphonique américaine gratuite ... Ambergris Caye est une île incroyable avec des gens merveilleux. Les habitants parlent anglais et vous utilisez des dollars américains. Nous avons un wifi et une ligne téléphonique américaine si vous devez rester en contact avec le travail ou la famille. Je peux vous envoyer un e-mail à une liste de plusieurs pages à visiter et des choses à faire.

More than we could have hope for!
What an amazing place to stay. Floyd and Debbie obviously take great pride in being top hosts. The place is their own home but so very welcoming to strangers. The pool is right out the front door and the ocean just steps from that. Best part… Floyd and Debbie have hired THE BEST concierge EVER to take care of their guests, Silver. Silver met us upon our arrival on the island and was there for us until the moment we left. He had our golf carts ready for us along with a vehicle for our luggage. Stopped off at the grocery for us to pick up a few things, UNLOADED our groceries and beer for us when we got to the condo (completely unnecessary, but he insisted!). He made sure we hade everything we needed. He arranged for a private snorkeling excursion that was AMAZING and another snorkeling excursion with just a few others that was also AMAZING. He stopped by to check on us every day to see if we needed anything. Anything we mentioned, he took care of, from "More beer, please!" to taking us to a local taco place for amazing food. Silver even spent his day off with us, took us with his family to an amazing secluded area way north on the island. He cooked for us there and gave us an amazing day. This trip would never have been as amazing as it was if we didn't have Silver there to answer our questions and help us with whatever we needed. Silver alone made the trip and stay worth every penny! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE CONSIDERING SAN PEDRO to STAY HERE!! Thank you, thank you

Absolutely love this property!
Husband and I stay there for our 30th anniversary with brother and sister in law. The property was amazing and the condo was so gorgeous. They had everything you could imagine for their guest, and made you feel like you were family coming for a visit. The house is beautifully decorated, our concierge took very good care of us to ensure we had a great time. They went over and beyond. One little glitch on first day but it worked out so well we stayed an extra day!! Thank you for an awesome vacation.

Gorgeous, Spacious & Comfortable Condo
We had a delightful stay at this gorgeous condo with our kiddos. We travel quite a bit and this was hands down the best appointed condo we've stayed in. They had almost everything we would need readily available. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds that I've ever slept on, similar to JW Marriott quality. Tons of big fluffy beach towels, nice showers, and stocked kitchen with cooking items. Small thing - BBQ didn't work but wasn't a big deal. Their condo is a part of the Captains Morgan resort, or next to? It was confusing. While their condo and the immediate area it was located in were becoming nicely updated, the remainder of the Captain Morgan's Resort was sadly run down and in need of a face lift. If I'm not mistaken that may be happening now (Fall 2022). We've been traveling to Belize/Ambergris Caye for over 13 years and this part of the island was near a break in the reef so the water wasn't as crystal blue as we're used to, just a small detail. The onsite restaurant left something to be desired. The hosts were very gracious and friendly and I wish we had tried harder to have better communication with Silver, the local concierges. When we finally connected with him he recommended some amazing excursions including our favorite one this trip. spear fishing lobster while snorkeling. It was a blast!

Spring Break 2022
We've been all over the Caribbean, but this was our first time to Belize. I found Oceans 23 by looking on Google Maps for a place that was far enough away from San Pedro to be quiet, but close enough to be able to zip back in for lunch/dinner/whatever. Our primary agenda for the trip was relaxing, diving and exploring. Here's a quick summary: The Owners: As soon as I booked, Floyd and Debbie sent me 2 documents full of helpful tips, airport advice, restaurant recommendations, etc. A few days prior to departing the US, Floyd called me to answer any last minutes questions and arranged for one of his guys - Silver - to meet us at the airport with a golf cart, which was a big help. Silver was awesome the whole week - anything we needed, we just pinged him on Whatsapp. He checked on us daily, offered to get us more ice on a very busy Easter weekend, arranged a sailing excursion for us, and took us back to the airport when we departed. The Property: * nice and quiet, even over Easter weekend. * exactly 10 minutes by golf cart back to the bridge. * zero-entry pool. Swim up bar was under renovation while we were there, which wasn't that big of a deal, we made our own drinks in the unit and used Floyd's nice Yeti cups to carry them out. * sandy beach area with a sea wall, but not really a swimming beach. Seems like the whole East side of the island is like this because of the reef The Unit: * as pictured. Interesting, colorful decorations * everything is left out for guest use - towels, condiments, pool floaties, etc. You are truly 'guest of owner'. * fast Wi-Fi, which the teenagers appreciated The Island: * we used Belize Pro Divers. They picked us up at the property each morning and were extremely punctual. It would be hard to find a better dive shop - the guys were great * we visited too many bars and restaurants to name - a good mix of casual, overwater bars for lunch after diving and nicer restaurants in the evening. You don't have to go all the way back to town - there are plenty of options reasonably close to the property * Secret Beach is ~25 minutes away. Eat, drink, hang out in the waist deep water All in all, it was a great trip, and C17 was everything we wanted. Can't wait to go back!

The condo was everything we wanted for our holiday vacation. We are north-of-the-bridge people who had never been to this property and I highly recommend it. I'd say it probably has the nicest pool in the north. The condo itself was spacious and they really do have everything you need (minus sharp knives). The hot tub didn't work which was kind of a bummer, but we had the pool to ourselves as many people aren't traveling yet. Floyd will have his Belizean friends assist you with whatever you need which was very helpful even for those of us who had been there before. Lalita is fantastic and will answer any of your questions and give you a massage on the beach. Traveling after Belize had just opened was truly a privilege and the people could not have been more grateful. Thank you to Floyd and Debbie for opening your home to us!

Floyd and Debbie made the process seamless and were very engaged in helping us navigate the situation from arriving in country to their condo in San Pedro. Place was immaculate and had everything we needed for a great getaway. Everyone we met associated with Floyd and Debbie were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Amid COVID-19, Floyd was wonderful to work with!
Unfortunately our trip got cancelled due to COVID-19. We were scheduled to be in Belize in the middle of April. The property's cancellation policy was 30-day notice for a full refund. Since things were changing daily regarding COVID-19, Floyd said we could have until the week of our arrival to cancel with a full-refund. Our flight ended up being cancelled just shy of the 30-days anyways. We rescheduled our trip to June and Floyd transferred our deposit. Welll... our June flight got cancelled too, so we ended up cancelling the trip all together. Floyd was wonderful to work with, very responsive to emails and to the situation. We are hoping to get to Belize for Spring Break 2021 and we'll definitely be looking up Floyd's place first to check for availability!

We are sad to leave today but from start to finish we could not have asked for a better experience. The condo was amazing and had everything you could need. Mickey made sure we were very well taken care of and the booking and information Floyd and Debbie gave us was fabulous. They helped us with groceries, alcohol, tours and restaurants. Can’t wait to return
We loved every minute of our stay! 5 adults plus a baby fit very comfortably. The condo is well put together with everything we needed. (We do wish the washer was working which is one of the main reasons we rent VRBOs) The property grounds are well kept! It was very nice having the bar and Resturant in walking distance. Mickey the property manager is wonderful! She helped us get picked up from the airport, assisted us with the golf cart rental, and even helped us on our way to the ferry- she even made us a delicious pineapple upside down cake !! The location was perfect! Not to far from town (5 minutes) or secret beach (15 minutes )and most importantly safe! We just love Ambergris and can’t wait to return! Debbies condo is a hidden gem!

The pics do not do this property justice!! This condo is amazing!! Perfect location; perfect weather!! Floyd was fantastic from the minute I booked online. He set up with his contact at Tropic Air- shout out to Emilio and the rest of the wonderful people at Tropic Air- to Mickey - who met us at the airport with golf carts and then took us grocery shopping upon arrival. She made us a delicious cake while we there. The location is awesome- close enough to town yet you still feel like you are on your private piece of island. We will definitely be back!!

Awesome 1st time stay in Belize
Awesome 1st time stay in Belize. Having never been to Belize before I did a lot of research on different rentals. Initially, this condo stood out for all it’s amenities. They offered so many extras like Yeti’s, coolers, rafts, fishing poles, beach towels, etc. All things we would not have to bring from home. Once I booked with Floyd, he immediately sent me information about Belize and places we might like to go to once we arrived. He also shared information about booking transportation to the island via by water taxi or flight by Tropic Air. He shared the contact for booking with Emilio for Tropic Air. Booking through Emilio was the same as if we booked ourselves. We elected to go this route and are so happy we did. A few weeks before our trip, Floyd called me to see if there was anything else we needed. He also provided contact information for Mickey, who is a full time resident of Captain Morgan’s and who could help us with anything we might need. Mickey was great, she got water for our condo before we arrived and arranged for a golf cart for us. When we arrived in San Pedro she was waiting for us and had our golf cart waiting. The condo is about 3 miles from town. It is absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t of asked for nicer amenities. We had all the comforts of home and more. We traveled with another couple, we both had our own rooms and bathrooms. The inside of the condo is nicely decorated, has a really nice patio and is only a few steps from the pool. Floyd and his wife Debbie have another condo at the location and we had the pleasure of meeting them. They were wonderful host and even invited us on a boat trip on “No Rush”. We had a wonderful time ! Can’t wait until we can come again!

Best vacation ever!!!
We had the best time staying in this beautiful condo in Belize! I'm ready to move! Everything was so perfect. We loved our drive into town on our golf cart, and also the convenience of having a restaurant and little store right on the property. We got to know several people while we were there, everyone is so nice and friendly. Our fishing trip, which we booked right from Captain Morgan's was absolutely incredible. Our guide, Sen, is the best! Alex, at the tour desk, is very helpful and informed. We definitely want to return soon! Thank you Debbie and Floyd!

The property was lovely. We cooked in many meals and had for the most what we needed. Communicating with Floyd in advance was very helpful in planning. He responded quickly to our communication. The condo is decorated with local art which gives it a Belizian feel. The location was also optimal - close enough but not too close to San Pedro. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We would recommend the property to family and friends.

Simply the Best in Belize
We totally enjoyed our stay at this privately owned condo in the Captain Morgan resort. Everything we needed & more was there for our use. The entire condo was furnished beautifully, the beds comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of everything including spices, sugars, and anything you might need to prepare wonderful meals. It was simply the best because it was just like home, but better ! We used the pool everyday, walked the beach and drove all over the island in our rented golf cart. The Owners made us feel very comfortable and could not have been more accommodating. They are really a very special couple. We would never stay anywhere else on a return trip to Belize

Door to door valet service! Awesome family vacation!
This is the perfect place to stay for a family Belizean vacation. Away from the hustle of the city but close enough by golf cart to when you want to go to town. Truck stop is nearby and a great place to eat. Dive shops can pick you up at the dock which is just a couple hundred yards away. Didn’t eat on property or go to the casino but having the pool out front was very convenient. Kitchen and the house were well stocked with basics and cooking at home for breakfast and snacks and prepping drinks prior to going out saved a ton of money. Floyd also helped arrange valet transit service along the way and made it completely worry and stress free. This place will really feel like your home away from home and not just a hotel room.

Amazing Condo
This condo looks just like the pictures! Owners were extremely helpful and hooked us up with some wonderful people to help with our stay. The condo is very spacious. There was only 3 of us but there was plenty of room for 3 more. Everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed morning walks along the beach. The ocean is just a couple of minutes from the front porch. They have everything you need there to cook with, pool time or just sitting on the porch relaxing. We would definitely stay here again or recommend it. The resort as a whole is very nice and well taken care of. When we went there was a lot of sea grass but Captain Morgans resort worked hard everyday to remove it. The pool and swim up bar is right out your front door. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We ate one time at the restaurant and it was alright. Preferred ordering at the bar for snacks. We did an all day snorkeling excursion. Saw sea turtles, eels, sharks, sting rays and some coral. It was very nice. We ventured out to secret beach which is beautiful...a must do! The Truck Stop is a fun place to go. They have movie nights, games, food and drink. We did do the Chicken Drop which is fun to do once. Groceries i would recommend go into the big grocery store in San Pedro. I can't remember the name but its a little cheaper then the ones closer to the resort and a larger selection. Check around for beer prices. Every place has a different price. Alcohol buy at the airport before going through customs. The owners gave us that tip. Which was great advice but we arrived on election day so the liquor store was closed. Luckily, our 3rd person didn't fly in till the next day so she bought all our booze. We purchased fruits and vegetables at the Green House in San Pedro. Another resort guest recommended that place and we were happy with it. If anybody recommends Cashew Wine skip it....it was terrible. Will do another trip to Belize one day but next time I will sign up for more excursions.

Great modern San Pedro condo !!
My wife and our 3 teenage sons spent Easter week in this very modern condo with all the comforts of home. The condo is right next to the main pool with a swim up bar, which was very convenient because every day there was sun and the temperature was always around 80 degrees. Plenty of towels, Yeti cups and blow up rafts to swim with too that made holding your cocktail a tad bit easier. My boys loved the wifi connections too....with the resort and from the condo too. We went out to eat each day at the various restaurants as suggested by the condo owners too....lots of good food and locations to choose from. The Resort was great to deal with. They took our luggage to our room right away and when we locked ourselves out of the condo, they quickly got us back in the condo. The onsite grocery store was very easy to use....we just billed everything back to our account and paid the bill when we left. While the grocery store was a bit more expensive, it was worth the convenience. The condo had 3 big TV's to stay current on US sporting events and news too. The condo is well air conditioned too.... We rented a golf cart that was delivered to the condo for us....and we used that golf cart to go everywhere. We went to Secret beach one day, which is quite the road trip on some gravel roads but once we got there, it was lots of fun swimming in calm waters. We never really went into the busy downtown area of San Pedro...just didn't feel the need to with all the various activities we did. We did a day trip to mainland Belize for zip lining and cave tubing...which was really cool and I highly recommend it. We also did spear fishing...which was tough as you snorkel and use a sling shot type o spear. Takes some practice. And then we did 2 other days of general fishing. I highly recommend this condo, Captain Morgan's resort and the whole Belize experience.

Our first time to Belize won't be the last. We stayed here with another couple that we travel with every year. This condo is exquisitely decorated with beautiful warm and inviting furnishings inside and out. The pictures don't do it justice. The fully equipped, open concept kitchen and appliances can accommodate anyone that loves to cook but if you don't want to cook there are plenty of great restaurants for that. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are ceiling fans in every room. The showers are luxurious. It has everything needed to make vacationing and relaxing easy and its close to the pool and a short walk to the beach with breathtaking views. We were the envy of other visitors at the resort. Floyd and Debbie are wonderful owner/hosts that provide suggestions for places to eat, things to do and who to call for private tours as well as helpful hints about getting to Ambergris Caye from Belize City and transportation (golf carts) while you are there. They help before and during your stay. We snorkeled at Hol Chan with Brian and his crew (Floyds suggestion)...it was the best snorkeling we have experienced. The staff at Captain Morgans is also helpful. Thanks Floyd and Debbie for sharing your home. The only regret we have is that we didn't stay longer. We look forward to returning.
