Property is in dire need of a massive remodel - we felt extremely dirty when walking to our room and the smell of the carpet in the hallways on the 3rd floor was enough to make us want to sleep in our car. It’s upsetting and felt totally mislead thinking that there would be higher standards by the Four Points by Sheraton. In our opinion it was totally unacceptable to have guests check into a place that smells that bad. GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mediocrity and misleading

I reserved via hotels.com, and discovered afterward that there was an additional $150 fee for having a pet. This more than doubled the cost of my stay here. In the morning, there was no hot water, so I ended up taking a cold shower. First time I've ever experienced that in a hotel.

Good part: beds are comfortable Bad part: they charge high fee for kids buffet for breakfast (kids eat three strawberries and one piece pf bread). Breakfast should be free for kids under 12 period! They also charge 150 dollar pet fee (we didn’t bring our dog). Rooms are old and without a fan in the bathroom.

Good Hotel/Not a Good Night's Sleep

The bed was surprisingly uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. I kept waking up with a sore back. The walls here are very thin. We had security called on us from a nosy neighbor who kept banging on our wall and called the front desk about noise - all were doing was listening to music at low volume, before 10:00pm. However, we were kept up all night from hearing someone snoring nextdoor. Overall, it's a nice, clean hotel with a great courtyard area. But don't come here if you want a great night's sleep.
