VILLA TIMO, is born in about 3 hectares of land completely enclosed by stone walls aged by time and gate. The villa is accessed by leaving the communal road and walking along a part of the tratturo, typical of the Apulian countryside where dominate the majestic olive trees, almond trees, figs and fig tree plants. The villa has very simple aesthetic shapes in it, there are a few but calibrated furnishing elements where they cross rustic and modern. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk bed. From the villa you walk along a small burr avenue and you come to the majestic chlorine pool covered in vitrified tiles of celestial color. The pool is bordered by a stone court, lawn and ornamental plants. The pool area has 2 solariums with sofas. Along the perimeter of the pool, deck chairs and sun loungers. There are 3 levels of height, with stairs and iron ladder. Still another small avenue to go and access to the dining area formed by gazebo with tables and benches, wood oven with supply and bbq,
