TWO-ROOM APARTMENT by the SEA In Sant’Antioco, in the resort of Peonia Rosa south of Sardinia, the 75 sqm two-room apartment, patio included, is located on the ground floor of an independent villa, 400 meters from the sea with a pebble beach. Independent entrance, garden of about 1800 square meters, planted with oleanders, olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. It is ideal for 4 people, and is also perfect accommodation for groups of friends who want to take multiple apartments within the same villa. The two-room apartment consists of 1 double bedroom with 160x190 cm bed and ceiling fan, bathroom with shower, in the living room-kitchen there is a 200x150 cm double sofa bed, the kitchen is complete with dishes, refrigerator, washing machine, TV , large veranda with barbecue, private parking. Ideal for couples and families. Immersed in a wonderful nature, total privacy. In the surroundings there are sandy beaches and numerous coves. All to discover.
In Sant'Antioco there are 2 pharmacies, there is the emergency room and medical guard, there are at least 10 supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias throughout the city, both in the town center and on the sea, a few kilometers from the villa apartment, c 'is a riding stable, at 2 km there is a beach establishment with deck chairs and umbrella, pedal boats, there are 2/3 kiosks to buy drinks, sandwiches or if you wish, you can also eat sitting at the table.

Peonia rosa, proprio quello che cercavamo!!!
La Sardegna che non ti aspetti, pace, silenzio, natura, spiagge non affollate e mare stupendo!!!
Gianni è stato sempre disponibile nel consigliarci e nel rispondere alle nostre domande.
Siamo stati veramente bene e torneremo sicuramente.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage - aber leichte Schwächen
Hallo Zusammen,
also erstein mal muss ich sagen das wir mit der Lage des Hauses total Zufrieden gewesen sind - wir brauchen keine direkte Strandnähe. Die Umgebung ist extrem schön. Leider ist der nä. Supermarkt in S`Antioco ca. 6km entfernt.
Zum nä. Badestrand sind es ca. 2,5km - aber das ist für uns kein Thema gewesen.
Das Haus selber hat bis auf einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand (haben wir schmerzhaft vermisst) eigentlich alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt.
Was uns nur sehr gestört hat war der Kloakegeruch der aus irgendwelchen Gruben von hinter dem Haus zu uns rüber geweht ist.....das war schon nicht schön.
Und in unserem Teil des Hauses hatte man leider KEIN Meertblick... :-( das hat uns enttäuscht - da wir immer sehr gerne den Tag mit einem leckeren Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Meerbleich beginnen und bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse den Abend ausklingen lassen.
Der Meerblick hat uns sehr gefehlt!!!
Wer darauf keinen grossen Wert legt ist hier total gut aufgehoben.
Die Ruhe die wir jetzt hatten ist auch himmlisch.
