Fraudulent advertising

Terrible. Hotels.com and Best Western did not disclose the construction on the website at time of reservation. This is fraudulent. I would never have booked a hotel where construction was happening 10 feet from my hotel room. See picture. I had plenty of other options for hotels I could have stayed at. I want my money back.

Had so E loud neighbors up partying until 3:30am. We had to be up at 4am for a flight. Hotel is close to the airport and convenient. A bit of an older hotel, but very nice grounds.

The only thing I didn't like was that they use those new WiFi alarm clocks and did not provide instructions on how to set the alarm. The one they use is not intuitive and even with an internet search I could not find any decent instructions. When you have an early flight or appointment it is nice to have a functioning alarm and not depend on a wake up call.

We were given a room right next to their ongoing construction area. Hotels.com guests may be receiving the lousiest rooms - perhaps because the hotel wasn't even busy. Sink area had bunch of hair and was asp cracked. Shower water was barely hot. The phone in the room had no connection to the reception area.

Adequate for our one night

Adequate room, can tell they are doing upgrades (pool area off limits), clean but the shower head needed desperate replacing (metallic paint peeling, copper on inside dissolving), gap in door/frame was letting a draft in, frames looked very old…also shampoo holder had unglued from wall and was left sitting in shower. Breakfast was hotel breakfast, well-stocked and clean area. Easy to 101, near my son’s place, one of the more affordable hotels in the area.
