They did not honor the benefits provided by Expedia. At checkout they told me the discounts would not be applied, and the front desk agent seemed to find it humorous. Additionally, we went for an early morning swim and found that the ground immediately around the pool is just scrubbed into the water. The sinks in our bathroom had damage all around the countertops, and it appeared that maintenance had been done beneath the sink and the large hole in the wall was never patched. The air conditioning was louder than the TV so we had to choose between which one we wanted to use at a time. The ceilings were very high, so if the volume was turned up too high it was impossible to understand the audio due to the echo. Lastly, and the most upsetting, is that we received a notice to our room not to come out between certain hours because they would be relocating a colony of bees, and even went on to say that they did not want to hurt them. We went out any way and they had exterminated the bees, and left their bodies scattered all around our unit. The grounds smelled heavily of chemicals and the bees were swept up a few hours later. The dishonesty will keep me from booking again.

Very nice property. Although it was sold out it didn’t seem busy. We didn’t eat lunch or dinner at the resort. Breakfast was good. Our only complaint was the minimal communication we received regarding events etc. happening. Staff was very friendly
