My only suggestion is that the check-in instructions should include a reminder that this is the GUEST cottage to Starry Night. It had been a few months since I reserved and we arrived late at night. The address was correct and we saw Little Dipper on the fence, so we knew that we were in the right location, but the key code wasn't working because we were trying to get into the main house, not the guest house around back. It was dark and we didn't want to be creeping around with flashlights onto people's porches and yards. It would be nice if there was a bigger sign to direct you around the corner. The property management company was responsive and helpful, and we did get it figured out, but a reminder in the email would have solved that.
Otherwise, our stay was great. The tote and beach towels were very much appreciated and a nice touch. So was the bag of coffee.
Beach access is great. Seaside is a small town but there's a little market nearby for groceries, a couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Since we were there in the off-season, we never had a problem with parking or getting around.
