O hotel é confortável e bem localizado, porém se tiver compromisso em horário de pico e precisar pegar um táxi ou Uber, demorará em chegar. Equipe de recepção atrapalhada, pedem Seu cartão para deixar um voucher aberto, quando vc chega para consumir no bar ou restaurante, o voucher não está aberto. Não lhe avisam que o QR code do quarto não manda o pedido de room Service ao restaurante, vc espera infinitamente o pedido que não chegará.

Even though the hotel is pretty new, it’s pretty beat up in some spots. It had a sewage smell covered up with air fresheners throughout. The air conditioning was disabled because it was winter (why would do that???!), but the room was way too hot for comfortable sleeping. It does have nice views, was clean, is quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was decent but overpriced at $20USD per person.

Poor H&S procedures
The hotel is in a nice leafy suburb about 30 minute drive from centre. Great rooftop restaurant. Hotel is clean and modern however has a major flaw. The toilet and shower are tiny and badly designed. The toilet cubicle is about the same size as that on a plane and shower cubicle is also very small, both open directly into the bedroom. Infact my wife slipped while trying to manoeuvre out of the shower and really badly bruised her arm and shoulder, it could have been much worse. We notified reception as we needed to go to the hospital and emailed the manager as i wanted to ensure they logged the accident. However, three days after the accident, when we were checking out, i asked to see the manager. Remarkbly, he told me that the accident hadn't been reported to him or logged. This is quite poor for a major hotel chain.

Destaco excelente atencion y amabilidad de todo el personal del hotel.. terrazas en altura con gran vista y el servicio de restaurante. Destaco además como critica constructiva..que en el sector piscina debiera existir tapasol, y al costado en el sector terraza de la piscina un ambiente mas cordial ya que no existe personal que atienda en esa sección..hay una especie de bar que todo el tiempo está cerrado..para un gran hotel debieran fijarse en detalle que a los huesped les ofresca mayor comodidad...

Comfortable stay
For sure it is an amazing and happy stay in a clean, tranquil hotel with friendly staff. It was so cozy to have our meal at the restaurant on 17th floor with bird eye views on the vicinity area and beautiful sunset. The room was spacious. Foods were not expensive.
