Super easy hotel access at Santiago airport. When i booked this i tried to put in 3 people but when i arrived they wanted to charge me an extra $75 for the 3rd person - they already charged 10 for the 2nd person - they waived the $75 but people should be aware. Breakfast is extra so there is no reason to have a $75 fee

We stayed here in between a night time flight arrival and an early morning flight the following day . The hotel is perfectly situated right outside terminal 1 making it exceptionally convenient. We had a very good meal in the restaurant upon arrival and the staff were very attentive.

Never left the airport between flights
Conveniently located between the two terminals at Santiago Airport. Great appearance when entering. Our room had an extremely comfortable bed (which is the most important thing!) The shower and toilet stall glass doors did not close properly and there was no hot water. These things made the hotel much less attractive, since they indicated lack of attention to details. The pool area was okay, but the dressing rooms were scary. The restaurant had delaminating of some Formica, but the food and the service were excellent. A little more attention to the details and this would have been a five-star rating.

We booked a "day room" to spend the 7 hours between our international and domestic flights. The property is directly in the airport complex adjacent to the domestic terminal and walkable from both terminals. We were able to check in at 9:00am, after our overnight flight, and rest for a couple hours. The room was clean and comfortable and it was very quiet during the day.
