Excelente! Bem localizado, rua calma, bairro tranquilo, com acesso rápido e fácil ao comércio local, metro e bons restaurantes. Você faz muitas coisas à pé, exemplo, ir ao Shopping e SKI Costaneira. Ótimo atendimento dos funcionários. Apartamento limpo e cheiroso todos os dias. Excelente chuveiro e ótima cama. Bom café da manhã, itens saborosos. Pedimos transfer para o aeroporto, foi perfeito. Hotel impecável! Todos os funcionários foram extremamente educados e atenciosos. Não tivemos nenhuma dificuldade quanto ao idioma, pois eles foram muito pacientes. A cama é muito confortável, o café da manhã maravilhoso e o restaurante do hotel serve uma comida deliciosa por um preço muito bom! A vista do nosso quarto era linda e do bar no rooftop era mais linda ainda! Recomendo muito!

Foi, em disparado, a melhor estadia que já experienciei. Check in rápido e atencioso, late check out mediante disponibilidade, indicações de restaurantes. Prepararam uma lunch box quando tivemos passeio muito cedo, tem água, cafe, chá e chocolate quente a vontade na recepção e o frigo bar do quarto é liberado. No dia do meu aniversário, cheguei no quarto e tinha uma fatia de bolo surpresa pra mim! Eles são diferenciados. Parabéns

FIRST: Please note that my husband and I were robbed in the lobby of the hotel. There is no security. I don't know if that is common in Chile, we only stayed at one place and have nothing to compare it to. My husband's passport was in the bag that was stolen, but then mysteriously showed up at the hotel later that day. As if the person who "found" the passport knew where we were staying. SECOND: Everything else about the hotel was just fine. Clean. Good breakfast. Just don't use the phone app to access the elevators - it works only now and then.

Primeiramente meu quarto, 306, estava com defeito o ar condicionado. Após o cansaço da viagem passei mal de calor na primeira noite. Comuniquei na recepção do ocorrido e disseram que iriam enviar um técnico para consertar. Chegamos de um passeio às 15:30 da tarde e não havia ido ver o defeito. Após algum tempo foi até o apartamento e nos disse que estava mal regulado, sugerindo que eu não sabia regular. Perfeito ele religou e não resolveu. Fui novamente na recepção e disseram que iria aumentar a vazão do gás e que resolveria. Questionei que não queria mudar de quarto somente no final da noite. Me disseram que iria dar certo. Voltamos 23:30 e foi exatamente oque teve que ser feito, arrumarmos as malas e trocar de quarto. Segundo ponto, no café da manhã por volta das 08:00, os rechauds do ovo, bacon, legumes desligados e todos os alimentos gelados, tive que mostrar para o funcionário para que o mesmo acendesse. Por 2 vezes me levantei para pegar um café e suco e retiraram meus pratos com alimentos, a reposição de alguns alimentos como Yogurt uma eternidade. O sistema de aplicativo para chamar elevador e abrir a porta do quarto, várias vezes e também vi outros vários clientes com dificuldades.
