Adoramos o hotel, os funcionários são ótimos, muito educados, toda área de lazer eh excelente, voltaremos em breve, temos apenas um crítica construtiva no nosso quarto tinham duas camas a de solteiro era boa, mas a de casal era muito ruim, deveriam trocar os colchões.

Sempre bom, mas durante a semana é melhor
Sempre que vou a SL, geralmente fico no Hotel Metropole, inclusive já avaliei não apenas aqui, mas também no Google (Andrea Tavares). Colaboradores maravilhosos, limpeza sempre ok, comida sempre bem preparada , MAS , ir aos finais de semana é um pouco complicado pela quantidade de excursões. Troquei de quarto (mais amplo , no segundo andar) para um ( minúsculo, no quarto andar)para ficar no silêncio ! Se está indo para descansar, prefira ir durante a semana , ou pedir um quarto longe da “muvuca” rsrsrs Vá cedo também para tomar café, pois chegamos às 9h ( termina às 9:30h ) e várias coisas já estavam sem reposição ! Ainda assim, continua sendo um dos melhores hotéis de SL ! Volto sempre !

Localização excelente, bem próximo ao Parque das Águas e ao Bike Fest , que foi o motivo de minha ida a São Lourenço . Nossa sacada ficava de frente para o calçadão , onde bares com música ao vivo tocaram até muito tarde, tivemos muita dificuldade em dormir, mesmo com tudo fechado no quarto. O quarto era grande, não gostei muito da cama. Banheiro bom, chuveiro muito gostoso. O café da manhã deixou a desejar…fomos os primeiros a entrar no salão, exatamente as 7:30, pão francês fresco não tinha , apenas pão amanhecido na chapa, a rabanada estava gelada, parecendo ser da véspera. Quis provar broa de milho, por considerar uma especialidade mineira; estava muito ruim, muito seca, não consegui comer. No restaurante onde foi servido o café , cada quarto tem sua mesa, com uma plaquinha em cima indicando o número do apartamento; achei muito chato isso . O restaurante é enorme, não consegui localizar minha mesa, pedi ajuda ao funcionário do restaurante e ele me disse que se não a localizasse poderia sentar em uma das mesas do canto , que estavam sem número . Como não localizamos nossa mesa e o funcionário não nos ajudou, tomamos café em uma mesinha grudada com a parede, em um restaurante quase vazio. Achei desagradável . O checkin foi tranquilo, com funcionários simpáticos , que inclusive nos deixaram ter acesso a nosso quarto, antes do horário definido para tal.

Experiência incrível, desde a chegada até o último minuto de hospedagem. Muito organizado e limpo , agradável e familiar , todos os funcionários atendem com um sorriso no rosto e sempre orientam o mais rápido possível. Para quem não quer sair do hotel é o ideal, piscina climatizada , academia , salão de jogos, restaurante com funcionários excelentes. Localização no coração de São Lourenço.

Apartamento de bom tamanho com Colchao ruim,piso sujo,banheiro sujo,muito barulhento.hospedes e funcionarios falando em voz alta todo o tempo.portas batendo toda hora. Garagem do hotel com cheiro de esgoto e humidade.Horario de cafe da manha muito curto e no quarto havia um cartao informando hor das 7 as 9. Mas nno restaurante estava das 7:30 as 9:30. Restaurante com parede em obra.as 8:45 faltava reposicao de comida no cafe. Qualidade cafe razoavel. Localizacao boa.
