Divulgam que tem sauna mas a sauna está estragada. Academia com poucos aparelhos de exercício, apenas para cardio e o bebedouro da academia estava com o filtro vencido. Café da manhã comum pelo preço e a comida ao vivo estava bem ruim. Pedi uma tapioca e veio lotada de cebola cortada grosseiramente crua.

Bom dia, um hotel como o de vocês necessita melhorar alguns serviços. 1- Nao ter um sistema de Valet é bem complicado, principalmente com uma garagem tão apertada como a de vocês, inclusive esbarrei meu carro na saída. 2- No dia do checkout, domingo, bem cheio a recepção solicitei um mensageiro para me ajudar a buscar minha bagagem, a resposta que tive da recepção é que quando esvaziasse o checkout alguém iria lá ajudar. Um absurdo, se querem cobrar o que cobram precisam entregar serviço... 3- Outra coisa ESCANDALOSA é a comida do restaurante que é incomível de tão ruim, o café da manha delicioso, mas os pratos a la carne de almoço ou jantar não da pra comer de tão ruim, estávamos em 12 pessoas e simplesmente nao conseguimos comer, foram 2 tentativas... nao dá.
