Embora tenha alguns pontos à serem melhorados, o hotel é excelente!! O serviço estava demorado, nos quartos falta isolamento nos rodapés dos quartos para não entrar insetos e na piscina tem muito cloro.

Hotel parece luxuoso, porém deixou muito a desejar
Serviço de quarto não é 24h. Queria tomar uma cerveja e não havia abridor no quarto. Havia cogumelos crescendo dentro do box do banheiro. Encosto de cabeça da banheira descolava da mesma e não podíamos apoiar nossas cabeças na banheira. O quarto tinha máquina de nespresso, porém ao tentar ligar a máquina, a tomava não entrava na parede pois o plug era maior do que a tomada instalada na parede (???). O banheiro é super exposto e o vizinho do lado consegue nos ver na banheira. Ficamos super desconfortáveis.

Excelente para casais relaxar
Foi uma experiência incrível, onde comemorei com minha esposa 10 anos de casados. A parte gastronômica para minha foi o ponto mais relevante dessa experiência, mas não posso deixar de comentar sobre o ótimo atendimento de todos os colaboradores do hotel.

Homem muito bonito com um bom restaurante!
O Hotel é muito bonito, principalmente os quartos e banheiros. O café da manhã do 1º dia foi muito bom, cheio de opções e tudo bem saboroso. No 2º dia o café da manhã foi servido de forma restrita, levado a mesa com algumas opções. O motivo não foi explicado. Havia um menu de pratos quentes feitos na hora e bem saborosos. Como gosto de decoração e arquitetura, percebi detalhes que precisam ser melhorados para que o hotel passe de bom para excelente. Mas o que precisa melhorar rápido é a atenção aos hóspedes. Vou falar sobre alguns pontos: cheguei ao hotel no dia do meu aniversário e eles não prestaram atenção neste fato. Ofereceram uma taça de espumante e meu marido falou para aceitarmos e assim comemorar meu aniversário. Os dois profissionais da recepção imediatamente me deram parabéns e….. só. Estão reformando 2 espaços bem ao lado da piscina e do restaurante e não houve nenhum aviso. No segundo dia, resolvemos almoçar mais tarde no hotel e depois de sentados, nos informaram que estavam com problemas na cozinha, só tinham pratos frios e que talvez retornassem por volta de 21h, eram 18h. E também não ofereceram nos ligar para avisar assim que o funcionamento estivesse normalizado. E no dia da nossa saída, já dentro do banho, molhada, verifiquei a falta de condicionador no frasco, sendo que eu não levei, uma vez que os produtos eram de ótima qualidade. Há outros detalhes que tornariam essa avaliação longa demais.
