The room was basic but clean and beds were freshly made daily. Despite advertising breakfast, none available! Coffee maker was tiny, no halfnhalf. Would NOT stay there again for the rates charged.

It was too noise, the people of the next room kept talking laud until 3:00 am. I did call receptionist at mid night and he couldn't do any thing. I didn't sleep at all and have to drive back by car to Miami today (4 hors drive without sleep well) Outside my room front door there was a dirty space with two garbage cans full.

Cigarette burn holes on the bedspreads, light fixtures, ice bucket and mirrors. No ice. Rope tied to the dresser knobs to open. No where near the Gulf as stated. Double charged for a deposit. Tried mutltiple times to reach the front desk for a dispute once home, and unable to ever speak to a human. Unable to leave a message. On the positive, the air was cold and the water was hot in the shower. Front desk was friendy when checking in and out.

The room's smell and dirtiness were so bad that we decided to find another room. Discrimination was evident in the facility. I will never sleep in that hotel again.

When we checked in, we were told there was a 100.00 security deposit that would be refunded on our credit card. It has NOT. Also, since staying there my credit card was compromised. What a terrible neighborhood. Did NOT feel safe at all. Really sad for Bradenton FL

The property and rooms needed updating. My room was a bit run down and in need of some maintenance and repair of several items…though the room was generally clean. The shower water was essentially cold and no attention was given to the problem even after discussing with the front desk.

Worst hotel no hot water bugs in the room doing drugs in the hallway whole place smelled like marijuana including my room and then my clothes when I got back for the day from being gone there were like 30 people in the hallway having a siesta party doing God knows what kind of drugs contacted manager trying to get a refund they said they would give me a walking $25 back worst experience ever I will not be booking with you anymore nor will I be ever staying it another one of their places
