Will Not Book Again

Although this property was clean and close to the beach, it is directly next door to a loud bar that has live music playing every night. The walls of our place were vibrating at night with the sound. I did not know that this location would be so loud at night. There are people who drive by constantly with loud base music, which goes on most of the night, every night.In addition, I booked this room for 3 of us (myself and my two teenage daughters). When we arrived, there was no blanket for my one daughter's bed - and the other bed was only big enough for the other two of us. I asked repeatedly for a blanket for 2 days - my daughter slept without a blanket for 2 of the 4 nights we were there.In addition, there were only 2 beach towels and 2 beach chairs for our use - even though there were 3 of us. I asked if we could get 1 more of each, but never got a response.I was grateful that the owners let us keep our luggage in a locked laundry room at the end of our stay since we had many hours between our checkout time and our flight home. But given the other inconveniences we had, it would have been nice to have been offered a late checkout time or a partial refund on our stay.

Wonderful unit and location!!

My husband and I stayed the weekend in suite 1 and throughly enjoyed our stay. The suite is decorated nicely with light colors and an ocean vibe. You do not need a vehicle for this cute little village. Parking is tight as the property description states. The beach is not a far walk whatsoever and there are delicious restaurants and ice cream/fudge parlors close to the property as well. Try SKOB oyster bar next door (we ate there twice during our 2-night stay). And, the Bonjour French Cafe is also delicious. We would absolutely return to this Property again. Thank you!

Location!

Very clean, perfect size for two adults. Easy check in and check out. Room is next to SKOB, which plays music until 11, but very quick to stop on time. Would stay again!

This was a very nice property in the heart of siesta key. Perfect for our long weekend. Only complaint was the noise from the air conditioner kicking on but wasn’t enough to not give this place anything less than a 5 star rating. The communication and cleanliness of the property was amazing

As Close to Perfect as Possible

If you are looking for a one bedroom apartment in the Village and close to the beach, you should go ahead and book your stay here. Once we parked in our spot, our car did not move until we left Siesta Key. The living area has a pullout sofa, so three people can easily be accommodated. Everything was super clean. Siesta Key Oyster Bar is within steps. The beach is only a 6-8 minute walk. If given the chance, we will definitely be back.

We loved this apartment! Right in the middle of Siesta Key Village and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Clean, updated, and well maintained with beach chairs and an umbrella to use. We will definitely be back!

LOVE the proximity to EVERYTHING! One thing to improve would be to allow later checkout or to have a place to store luggage for a few hours on checkout day for those with later flights home. Overall great stay and would stay again!

Incredible Stay

My friend and I visited for a weekend girls trip and have nothing but amazing things to say. The check-in process was easy, the host provided quick & thorough responses & the location was central to all food/activites. We walked to the beach daily and it only took us less than 10 minutes to do so! We would definitely stay here the next time we are in town!

Nicely renovated.

The property was in the upstairs of a restaurant and the parking was tight. No washer and dryer was on site for guest to use. The floors were dirty and if we would’ve had a mop and mop bucket we would have mopped the floors. We couldn’t walk around without getting our feet or socks dirty.
