No hot tubs!

We are local and often book a room at the Water Tower to enjoy the swimming pool and hot tubs. The restaurant and bar are always a bonus. This time, we were excited to enjoy the outdoor hot tubs but were surprised to find that it was out of order, so was the sauna and the indoor hot tub. It would have been nice to know this prior to booking - there should be a notice added to the listing until these amenities are fixed. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. Room was clean, comfortable and staff were helpful at check in.

Dogs everywhere barking. Out door and indoor hot tubs did not work. Unnecessarily strict on use of plastic cups or toys in the pool area. Room was much smaller than advertised. Staff was bitter and not at all helpful. We didn't have any other options because of booking late but will definitely avoid this hotel in the future.

Pool is disgusting, rest of the hotel is not far off. In dire need of a renovation. We are from here and visit a couple times a year and this hotel has gone downhill FAST. We booked for the pool for our children and it was gross, the hot tubs were out of order. The smaller pool was a swamp pretty much. Loud and beds are awful. Won’t be back unfortunately.

bad hotel stay

Had to change rooms because of the cleansliness of room. then, after I changed, there was loud noises in the bathroom until midnight So I had a terrible sleep. it caused me to sleep in and not get my breakfast.

This hotel needs a major renovation. The rooms are outdated and are full of poor repairs. Cracked doors, peeling wallpaper, loose/broken fixtures, carpet damaged and patches everywhere. Hot tubs are again out of service as was one elevator. Worse than the condition of the hotel was the behavior of staff-we spent three nights here for a hockey tournament (understanding the chaos of tournaments in hotels) the staff needlessly harassed kids and parents throughout the stay including a very unprofessional check in process full of sarcasm and short answers. Will not return.
