Staff was super friendly and always smiling. However ran out of soap in the room and took till the next day to get some. Outdoor area was really nice but needed attention including ashtrays that were full to capacity. Would only stay here again if I could not find another hotel.

Good location. Easy access to trolley tours. Parking onsite a plus however valet/daily rate was not posted until after I made my reservation. Front desk staff were very task focused, not a warm welcome, and little was shared about amenities. I was a bit disappointed with this Marriott experience. I am a Bonvoy member.

Courtyard Savannah Downtown was a great pick!
we had a great stay. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. They offered us dining recommendations since we arrived later in the evening. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only negative was that our room was warm and we were not able to turn on the A/C to cool it down. The room finally cooled on our last two nights. Parking is a bit pricey on the property so we ended up parking in a nearby public parking structure. We really liked that the hotel was within walking distance to a lot of the restaurants and shops. We felt that the hotel was very safe too. We will be coming back on our next visit to Savannah

People were very nice. One elevator was out of order, the working one was HOT and smelled weird and we saw smoke at the top on a couple of trips.
