Clean, Modern, Affordable, Basic This was just fine for my business stay overnight in the Savannah area. Staff upon check in were super friendly but staff at check out seemed busy with a meeting, calls, etc so check out was less than desirable. Would stay again.

Stayed on January 5th after a long day of driving. Front desk staff very nice. Lobby looked nice and clean and as advertised. Rooms, not so much. Old hotel with a face lift, no problem, it’s only for one night. They put us in a room next to the back door exit. The door slamming was so loud it was impossible to sleep. I called the front desk ant 9:00 and they understood and offered us a new room. We had already unpacked so much of our belongings it would have been too much of a hassle. She said she would look into it and the noise stopped so we felt it was okay to stay in the same room. Then at 1:00 in the morning the constant door slamming began again. We were not able to sleep after that. They obviously had other rooms available and still put us in this terrible room. We were told to contact the manager, Laurie Jadrych. She offered us $10.00 off our next stay! Horrible customer service. They have one job, to give a room for people to sleep and when they were unable to adequately provide that they were unwilling to do the right thing and make amends. Best Western needs to learn how to provide a good customer experience from other chains.

No frills simple hotel

Was only there for the night for a quick rest in our way back from Florida, hotel was completely booked. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was fresh and good.

The people there were the most absolute friendliest ones we have ever met!! Ms Kimberly was outstanding and made us feel so welcomed, the property was unlike most Best Westerns I have been to, it was extremely clean, absolutely stunning interiors, comfortable beds, it was well worth the price!

In a great shopping area with the friendliest staff I’ve ever had at a hotel. My only complaint was that the floor in my room was pretty dirty. On the plus side if I was staying longer the staff was so nice that I would have been completely comfortable asking them to re-clean it

We stayed 3 nights and each morning we left our room and came back to a clean room. Bed made, trash picked up and new linen. Was very pleased with our stay. Breakfast was great. We originally got a room but had an issue, management easily helped us. Would definitely stay again.
