Amazing house and location!
We had The Best Time here! The house was perfect – and just what we were looking for. Plenty of space for 9 people – never felt crowded or on top of each other. Having multiple living/hanging out spaces (inside and out) and 2 laundry rooms were great. Super special that we could all sit down to eat together at the big, long kitchen table. All the rooms and beds were so comfortable. Multiple AC units throughout the house was nice to let people adjust as per individual preference. The location was AMAZING! Super close to the beach – didn’t have to deal with parking or crowds – this was one of the best perks. The house was very well stocked, especially in the kitchen (e.g., spices, olive oil, storage containers, dishes, appliances, even cling wrap, AirFryer, etc). They are also very generously stocked with beach accoutrements: multiple chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach towels. Minor issues: 1 laundry room didn’t work, but we just used the other one. There was no iron or bean bags for cornhole. Management company was variable in speed of response (but did always answer), and they did not appear to know the house well. They reported only a highchair for infants but then we found a pack and play. They said that there was only “one beach chair” but the amount of beach supplies is outstanding. Bottom line: The house was fantastic! Location was PERFECT! HIGHLY recommend staying here. Would love to come back again in future.

Too expensive for the quality of the home. I do not recommend. Washer machine was broken. Property management was notified. Nothing was done and no reply. Home felt dirty and old and tired.

Beautiful home and location!
Although there was a snag at check-in, once our vacation started it was nothing short of perfect. The house was still a little dirty (beach sand under some chairs in living room) but oh well. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved having their own space and the short walk to the beach was great-no need to pack lunch or snacks because the kids could walk back to the house whenever they needed something. The beds are sooooo comfortable. The only thing that I would've liked is some screens on the kitchen windows so we could open the windows and shut the AC off and get some fresh ocean air. The living room also only had one electrical outlet that worked but, again, no big deal! We would defintely love to come back next year! Thanks again!

A Dream Realized…
This is an awesome ocean-accessible property with family friendly features, such as different gathering spaces, for socializing and dining. There are ample sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the stock of beach equipment and games is generous. The beach house is tastefully decorated and very spacious and inviting.

Serenity and solitude
Simply a beautiful place. Near completely all natural surroundings. Quiet, serene. No crowds. Excellent views all the way around. This home is fine for an extended family of 12. Many quiet places, terraces, and communal spots. Nothing was overlooked in this property being prepared for our stay. Property manager very accommodating at all times. Neighborhood with easy access to inviting and gorgeous beach, public places and fun cities of Portland and old Orchard Beach.

Perfect End of Summer Vacation
Our stay at Pine Point was nothing short of perfect. The location on the beach is amazing with views that were breathtaking. Our fan favorite was talking a walking on the sand bar at low tide at sunset. The house is spectacular - very well situated with plenty of room to be together as well as time to work or read quietly. The amenities are at your finger tips which made for a no stress week. We will definitely be back.

Great Family Vacation
The house is big, in great condition, and in an excellent location- right on the beach with great views of the water and rocky promontories to the north and south. The entire family enjoyed the beach; supper place for long walks as well as in-water activities. Three grand kids especially liked the low tide sand bars a few hundred yards to northeast. We ate take out from very nearby seafood and barbeque places nearly everyday, but the kitchen and dining facilities facilities in house were essentially perfect for our groups of 10. Lots of space for preparing and for eating for entire group and more. Only negative for vacation was from an act of nature (tropical storm previous week) that left a pretty thick layer of sea weed on the beach and in near-shore water. Fortunately, we could get around the weed soup by walking a few hundred yards in either direction along the shore, and most visits will unlikely ever see such an event. We would definitely go back to this place again. Seven year old grandson summed it up very well; lots of fun on the beach, many places to play in the house, and being with family all this time.

Stunning views!
This well equipped house held 11 of us (mix of adults and teens) comfortably. Beach access was literally a stroll down the backyard path. Star-gazing was unmatched! Although there isn't necessarily a downtown, a 10 minute trip in the car brought us to pharmacies, grocery stores, etc.

Amazing house in amazing location!!
This rental was so perfect for our family of 10!! We couldn't have been happier with the location and house. First, the house was beautiful, modern, and extremely well stocked. We rent houses for vacation purposes regularly, and this was by-far the most thoroughly stocked. Any cooking or baking pan/utensil you could possibly need was there and easy to find. There was also plenty of TP and paper towels to get our family of 10 through an entire week. The internet worked well (two family members needed to do some work while we were there) which was also wonderful. The TV has Netflix and Disney +, so on the rare occasions that the kids wanted to watch TV there were plenty of options. Now for the location...WOW!!!! You really can't tell from the photos, but this house is right on the beach. And what a beach!! It's the prettiest beach I have been to in Maine. Full-on sand and probably 70 yards wide at low tide. I can't even describe how gorgeous this beach was! We just got home yesterday and I'm already looking for another week to rent this house. It's that good. Oh also, the house is about 20 or 25 minutes to Portland. We made the trip three times to take advantage of some fabulous restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your gorgeous house!!
