The bathroom had mold by the bottom of the shower that smelled terrible the entire stay. The whole week we dealt with it even after I brought it up twice. They didn't make our beds and I had to ask for clean towels. This is the worst Best Western I've ever stayed at. Do not recommend this place to anyone, its dirty.

The hotel itself was nice. Thanks for having a microwave in the room. We did not like that some of the stayers were smoking weed when you walk out of the front door. It would have been nice to see security regulate that. But, I must say, we were pleased with the stay for price.

Needs new carpet, new doors in the rooms, hotel needs a makeover, looks very old and smelly. There’s a Hampton Inn across the street that’s very nice but cost more. I guess you get what you pay for.

Breakfast and coffee were terrible. Waffles may have been good, but the one waffle maker took too long for the couple ahead of me for me to get a chance to use it. Yogurt was expired. Carpet in hall was very dirty. Everything smelled musty. View from window included a weed filled embankment with garbage.

Highly recommend!
Best customer service I've had in a hotel. TV went out, had a new installed in 20 minutes. Breakfast was good and kept filled until it ended at 9 am. Clean, nice. Highly recommend.

They were very accomodating! The rooms were newly remodeled and clean. Our TV went out and they had it replaced in less than 15 minutes. The pool was clean the breakfast was satisfying. We’d stay there again.

The mattress was too hard to sleep on. I had to pad it with blankets and my back hurts for 3 days afterwards. A/C worked Excellent. I seen no bugs either thank God
