The hotel was clean and convenient. The beds were firm but comfortable. It was clean but had an “old” scent. (Not mold), just age. We are picky and I am happy we stayed there.

Fantastic experience - everyone was very kind and pleasant. Breakfast included was quite nice and the room balcony was lovely. Very enjoyed the property and stay.

Very friendly staff, very close to the 2 castles so nice hiking for us, which we love! Good food and excellent rooms! Large and very comfortable with a view of Neuschwanstein Castle. Wonderful experience!

Horrible bed. Hard as a brick, got zero sleep. Super dirty floor. Had to wipe my feet off to avoid dragging debris into the bed.

Great Hotel and Location

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was fantastic. The location near the castles was perfect. The rooms and bed were comfortable. I would highly recommend.
