The Trü holiday complex is located next to the open-air swimming pool and the skating rink in Scuol and is only a few minutes' walk from the Scuol-Tarasp railway station and the valley station of the mountain railway. The Engadin Bad Scuol, many restaurants and shopping facilities on the Stradun are also within easy walking distance.

The corner terraced house with a sunny terrace impresses with a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
