The Engadin Bad Scuol, many restaurants and shopping facilities are within easy walking distance.

In the bright and spacious flat (94m2) you can enjoy your holidays all around. From the spacious living room with large dining table and windows facing east and south you have a great view of the Piz Lischana and the valley. The older but functional kitchen is equipped with a new dishwasher, an older oven, a cooker and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The whole flat has new laminate flooring.

The 94 m2 flat is located on the 4th floor with a sunny balcony and panoramic view. The surrounding area invites you to take small and large walks in the unique natural and cultural landscape, which begins practically on the doorstep. You can shop in the nearby Denner or in the bakeries and many local shops on the Stradun.

The ski bus stop is a 1-minute walk below the house, and in about 10 minutes' drive you can comfortably reach the railway station and the valley station. The use of the ski bus is free of charge in winter. The cross-country ski trail is only 350 m away.
