Das Sea Ranch Haus bietet eine komfortable Split-Level-Design von Ralph Matheson, mit dem Wohn- und Esszimmer und Küche auf der oberen Ebene der Ansicht zu maximieren. Es ist auch hundefreundlich.

Das 1520 Quadratmeter große Haus wurde von Brian Dixon 1983 erbaut und bietet Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Ein schöner Kamin und Fensterplätze sind im Wohnzimmer im Wohnzimmer und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Sie werden im ganzen Haus zu gestaltungs behandelt werden.

Es gibt drei komfortable Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder für bis zu sechs Personen.

Sie werden einen schönen eingezäunten Meditationsgarten für Ihr Vergnügen zu finden und es ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den Stränden und dem Kinderspielplatz / Picknickplatz. Zwei Hunde werden gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr für Haustiere eingeladen.

Sie müssen Kontakt mit uns aufnehmen, um mehr als einen Hund zur Reservierung hinzuzufügen, sofern dies zulässig ist. $ 20 pro Hund und Nacht. Wenn Haustiere erlaubt sind, ist die Gebühr für den ersten Hund in den Gesamtkosten enthalten.

Hinweise zum Parken: Reservierungen für 1-2 Personen erhalten 1 Parkausweis (sofern nicht anders angegeben), 3+ Gäste erhalten 2 Parkausweise. Die Sea Ranch Association erlaubt nur 2 Pässe pro Reservierung. Parkausweise gelten für Autos, die auf der Sea Ranch abgestellt werden (in den Zentren, Wanderwegen usw.) und müssen in den Fahrzeugen sichtbar sein. Die meisten, aber nicht alle unsere Häuser bieten Platz für mehr als 2 Autos. Für Gäste mit mehr als 2 Autos können zusätzliche Autos verwendet werden, um ohne Pass zum Haus zu gelangen und dort abzufahren. Andernfalls müssen sie in der Einfahrt bleiben. Auf der Straße ist das Parken nicht gestattet. Der Großteil unseres Hauses bietet nicht mehr als 3 Autos Platz. Bei Fragen zu NUR Parkbeschränkungen und Überlaufparken müssen Sie mit der Sea Ranch Association (707) 785-2444 sprechen. Die Bürozeiten sind von Dienstag bis Samstag von 8.30 bis 05.30 Uhr.

Paradise at the Prentiss
Very well situated and stocked family and Fido friendly home. Walk to the beach or One-eyed jacks playground within minutes. A quick 5 minute drive into Gualala allows you to get anything you forgot at home. The reverse floor plan build of this home makes for great wildlife watching from the window seats in the open living area. It certainly provided a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of the city life. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

Perfect Place for Casual Vacationing
This lovely home has sunset views, comfortable furnishings for pets, and a short walk to a small, quiet beach that was dog friendly. A family of deer greeted us in the morning as we drank our coffee at the kitchen table watching the ocean off in the distance. It’s a nice but not fancy home that is definitely dog friendly which put us at ease. A nice nearby walk through the Cyprus and we were at the seal harbor rookery. Definitely would return! Shopping tips: the Surf Market in Guala is a must visit for locally produced gourmet items. Trinks Bakery & Cafe has delicious coffees, scones, breakfasts, sandwiches and a lovely outdoor area to eat and see the sea.

Would Love to Rebook
The good: Excellent location, architecturally competent layout; enjoyed the deck and grill, and lovely little enclosed garden. Lovely ocean view. Had pretty much everything we needed. Second bedroom is 1/2 flight above first level -- it's the quieter of the two bedrooms. Living room couch is very comfortable (and updated since the photos were taken). The bench along the living rooms was one of the selling points that caused us to choose the house (but more on that later). Kids' room is spacious and bright. Fairly clean property. King sized bed in main bedroom was very comfortable. Could use improvement: bathrooms are pretty dated: shower heads could be upgraded; downstairs shower (pipes?) screeched during use. Bedroom shades could be updated so they're top-down/bottom-up so you can still get daylight into the larger bedroom without ppl on the streets able to look in (unlike other SR properties, the main bedroom is sited in full view of the street, which is quite close. Lighting can be improved as well -- many of the bulbs are bright white and rather unpleasant. The kitchen was quite dark to cook in. The not-so-great: this is the second dog-friendly SR home we've rented (we're not dog owners although we love pups) and the dog hair on the window bench was a dealbreaker. I was REALLY looking forward to said bench because we're big readers BUT SO MUCH DOG FUR. I really did t want it on my clothes! Couldn't find a lint roller. Vacuum cleaners didn't have upholstery attachments. So we couldn't use the window bench at all through our 8 days there. So disappointing! (Clearly the previous guests ignored the owners' request to keep their dog/s off the furniture!) I don't think I'd want to rent another dog-friendly home at SR again (the previous home we rented was so fur-covered that I had to launder the duvets and blankets before we even could relax into our vacation). And the dining room rug could use a professional deep cleaning -- it was kinda gross. In fact if I were the homeowner, I'd get rid of the wall-to-wall shag carpeting and ask all guests to take shoes off. The bedroom carpet had spills on it. I want comfortable going barefoot in the house as a result. All in all, it's a kinda '70s-dated property that is nevertheless a very pleasant place to spend a week -- without all the leftover fur....

Well appointed home. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Short walk to beach. As noted in other comments and should be noted on web site, the home is a tri level with 2 set of stairs. The stairs are narrow. Top level is the living , dining and kitchen area. Second level is bedroom (queen bed) with bath (walk in shower) and bottom level is 2 bedrooms ( one master with king bed and second bedroom with twin beds), bathroom with tub, washer/ dryer and entrance to home. Overall the home was clean. They allow dogs, for which I am thankful, however, the carpets are telling that there are dogs (have a doggie smell). The home would smell fresher if the carpets were professionally cleaned. Limited view of ocean from the deck off the living area front of the home. Overall the home was comfortable, lovely and had everything that we desired. Totally recommend the home.

Peaceful Retreat
Our week long stay was just what we needed. This home is comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, beds are comfortable, towels are plentiful and the location is perfect-views of the ocean, quiet and a short walk to the Sea Ranch coastal trail. Our dog enjoyed his stay too. We already booked a week for next year.

Perfect Girls Weekend
This home totally lives up to its reviews! It's ideally located in Sea Ranch close to the seal observation beach, walk-on beaches, and miles of trails making it the perfect getaway for a girls weekend. We enjoyed hiking, cooking, and hanging out and it was so wonderful, we wanted to extend our stay! It has one of the most well-stocked kitchens I've seen in a vacation rental and Vacasa's extra touches like toiletries and ample towels were appreciated. There are tons of books and games and the outdoor furniture and grill are in excellent shape. The only surprise was that the home is tri-level with the kitchen upstairs on the third level and the 2 bathrooms on the first and second levels. Maybe we missed it in the description? In any event, the only thing holding back 5 stars is the windows were in dire need of cleaning to see the extraordinary sunsets better :) and there was a mold smell at the front door (only here no place else). Otherwise, the home was very clean and maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home, Perfect location
Sea Ranch has a lot of different things to offer, but this was the perfect house for us! 2-3 min walk to the beach, right by a park, and under 10 min to town. So location is spot on. The home had all the amenities we needed, was easy to feel relaxed and happy. Loved the view and would absoultely make this a 1st choice to stay again,

Restful Stay
This property is a bit further back from the water than places I have stayed before. Somehow I missed the part of the description that said it was a tri-level...a lot of stairs for 4 elderly women but we did fine. The lovely deck overlooks the driveway which was also unusual. But the house is beautifully equipped and very comfortable.
