Pros:
• Location. For all the places that we visited, this location worked out well for us and our outings. We went as far north to Everett to the Boeing Factory Tour and Funko HQ, way far south to Portland, and the attractions in Seattle.
• New build. Modern décor and clean. It was a little warm out, but the AC worked just fine keeping us nice and cool. The roof was a plus for our children to play some board games and relax.
• Amenities. Beds were fine. We have firm beds and so we weren’t too used to the plush beds, but it was fine. Two bathrooms. Everything needed to cook.
• Host. Payton is great at making sure her line of communication is open and immediate if needed.
Neutral:
• You can’t escape what comes with Seattle living, namely a couple insects, no matter where you are in Seattle. We had to do away with a couple of them, but this in no way is the fault of the property owner or build, it’s the greenery. This was not a major issue. Just wanted to point that out.
• Parking. I could mark this as a negative, but won’t. Parking stall was tight. We had a minivan and parked on the street. I would highly recommend that the parking stalls get painted to divide the spaces evenly.
Conclusion:
We would stay here again for sure. We would 100% book the same place if the parking stall were able to fit a SUV of minivan for our family. We were comfortable with the space. We enjoyed our time at this property and recommend it to you.
