When booking we made a mistake and were unable to change the dates with the 3rd paet booking system. We ended up adding our additional day on a second booking. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and understanding durinf check in and were able to help us smoothly transition our extension. We did have to go back to the front desk and do the check in process twice but we didnt have to vacate our room or anything like that. We will absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future

Great stay, but be careful of hidden parking fees.

Met with the registration desk when I arrived. They had my reservation, but a surprise extra fee was added with parking. Parking is $12.00 plus tax of $1.26 per day. Not expecting this extra charge for staying at this facility. I had booked through hotels.com. This fee needs to be publicized. The room was excellent with a fully utensiled stocked kitchen. Very USB friendly with a good supply of snacks of food in their store by the front desk. I did try to leave a tip for housekeeping, but the front desk doesn’t have change for a twenty dollar bill (I was planning to leave $5 a day, but they didn’t have 2 fives and 1ten dollar bill. The morning breakfast is more than just a continental breakfast, but also had a vegetable bar and hot white rice with the hash browns.

Have stayed in many Homewood Suites....This one needs a makeover. Furniture, carpet, cabinets all worn and grimy. Housekeeping needs to pay better attention, countertops not clean in kitchen, hair in bathroom, and lock on door had to be shaken to make it secure. Will not stay in this location again.

Very friendly staff. But I didnt give excellent review only coz of the breakfast. Its average. No name signs placed for what the food is. There was delay in refilling the empty containers. And they had a very standard and basic menu. I have had better food at other homewood suites in past. Newly renovated property. Nice and clean.
