Front Desk Russian Blonde girl was a rude stuck up type. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Even was rude to her co worker, she should get over herself, shes a front desk girl at a Hyatt in downtown seattle, not at the Ritz Carlton in Dubai or Moscow. She might need to be reassigned or retrained, or maybe whatever manager shes involved with should just keep her in his office. Hotel was ok, breakfast was not so good, tables left dirty, value of money spent not so great, noisy neighborhood, maintance need to do better outside. Housekeeping staff were nice. The prices of the little food shop in the lobby were ridiculous overpriced, go across the street to Walgreens, third of the price. Hyatt shouuld be better and do better

It's across the street from the Space Needle and the Chihuly Museum, and a very short monorail ride to the Seattle Art Museum and the Seattle Aquarium. There's a wide variety of restaurants within easy walking distance, as well.
