**Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!** My partner and I recently stayed at the Larkspur Hotel in Bellevue, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Upon checking into our room, we were horrified to find the toilet lid disgustingly dirty—clearly, the room had not been cleaned properly. We immediately tried calling reception to address the issue but couldn’t get through. Frustrated, I went down to the front desk to report the problem in person. To my disbelief, the woman at the front desk responded by saying, *“I’ll give you some cleaning stuff and you clean it yourself!”* Are you kidding me? Asking a guest to clean their own bathroom is not just unprofessional—it’s downright insulting! This level of service is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel. Cleanliness and basic customer service should be a given, not something guests have to beg for. Needless to say, we won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend staying far away from this place. There are plenty of other hotels in Bellevue that actually value their guests and maintain basic standards. Terrible experience. Zero stars if I could.

This stay was due to massive power outages in the area. Thst meant a full house of grouchy people and their digs. Staffing was 1 person and that was pretty hard for everyone stacked up waiting to sign in. Really could have helped if some could have done this before 3 pm. The Wifi did not work and the TV choices were terrible. For example. The CW channel was NOT showing a football game many wanted to see that was on.CW elsewhere Staff not able to help with WIFI. It was warm though.

There's a saying "Any port in a storm." which is what this was due to power outage. Room and hallway had terrible smell and toilet didn't work. They sent up maintenance person to fix it, which temporarily worked, but it ran all night and didn't work in the morning. Room was dated but clean.

Reception desk was ANAZING during a difficult time of massive power outages. They did a great job of keeping the service level as if there were no unique circumstances. Personable. Room very comfy. Great place for work when office/home were both were without power. Lifesaver. Thanks very much. Will stay again and recommend to people visiting the area.

Weathered the storm
We checked into the hotel during the bomb cyclone and the computer systems were not working. The lady at the reception did an amazing job getting everyone in during the horrible conditions! The hotel completely lost power around 10:00pm and we were without heat and electricity throughout the night and morning. The seemingly staff of ONE should be commended!

Rude staff, no hot water…no power which was out of their control but they could at least have been polite. Guy next to me screaming at his girlfriend until 2am and started again at 6am. With zero help from the front desk.

Kinda old and dated. Good location. Easy access to the freeway. Poor quality breakfast. Lots of seem to be homeless people given accommodation at this hotel. They were literally putting all breakfast items in a grocery bag to take along and not leaving much for other guests. Nobody supervising.
