Best stay in Seattle!
We love Seattle and have now stayed at the Level several times. The location is great and it's so upscale! This time we came out for New Years at the Needle and requested a room with view of the city or the needle if possible. We were placed in the best suite possible! While it was not front and center it was visible from our bedroom and the balcony, just perfect! The front desk is always so friendly and helpful too! Love the parking and what we love the most is that the suite is equipped with everything so, if you just want a night in you can cook and watch movies if you want. Just perfect!

My stay, for the most part was fantastic. Favorite area was the doggie area. It was my first time traveling with my puppy and the convenience of having that area in the building, was great. I did have a constant issue with my key card working everywhere except my condo door. The staff was quick and helpful getting me new keycards, but the inconvenience of taking at least 5 extra trips down to the lobby desk, was a little pesky.

The property was extremely nice. The rooms had sound proof windows, so they were very quiet in a very busy area. The amenities were excellent and the staff was nice. The only issue I had is there was a stain on one of the comforters of the beds, which first of all is kind of gross. We didn't realize until the next day, and we weren't really in the room all night, it definitely wasn't something we created. I showed a picture of it to the check out attendant, and wasn't offered any kind of credit or consolation. For the price of the rooms and the luxury aspect of the place, I would have expected more.

Amazing views from rooms! The llarge size of room was a plus along with robes for use, soft and comfortable beds, nice area, outstanding amenities. Would recommend and stay again!

It is good place with family. Outdoor pool and indoor pool are big. Indoor can use 24hours. Also, it is really good location. Close by shopping mall and landmark places. (Walkable distance) . Whole food is 2mins away. Everything was good.

Despite being a gold VIP member and was told by Expedia to request a room upgrade, the hotel had never heard of this benefit. We didn't get an upgrade. No big deal, but it was a little bit disappointing. The other benefit was free parking. But Level gives free parking to BC and WA residents anyway. No restaurant, but huge gym and pools were fantastic!!

I was told I was going to have a room with a kitchen island. Our room has a tiny table with 4 chairs but our room accommodates up to 5 people. They were unable to provide me with a bigger room. Our TV remotes and tvs don’t work. We were told they would bring up another chair and a table but that never happened. The service has not been ideal.

Only the veneer of luxury and overpriced.
TLDR: This property is okay and has some unique features (balcony, in-unit washer/dryer), but not enough to make up for the price compared to other better maintained local hotels. The good: large units, location, balcony (great for airing out post-workout athletic shoes), full kitchen, large closet, lovely toiletries, on-sight parking, and EV charging. The bad: broken dryer unit, very soiled couch appeared to have some sort of stains/residue (maybe vomit?), clogged bathroom sink, dirty towels (hair and makeup… maybe they forgot to change between guests?). Parking was included in our rate, but they initially were going to charge (though I was able to resolve with front desk). We didn’t realize the room was in disrepair until after we unpacked, so we decided to just tolerate it given our busy schedule. However, we did alert the staff to the issues so we wouldn’t be charged for the poor condition, but said we’d prefer no repairs be done as we didn’t have the time in our schedules to deal with it. None the less, our last morning the repair staff still tried to access our room to fix the dryer as we were trying to pack up and check out. Despite our DND sign on the door, we still had to confirm throughout the morning with the staff via front desk, phone, and text to wait until we checked out. Lesson learned: next time it’s easier to pack everything up again and get a different room than deal with the bad room. Or just stay at another hotel. Very overpriced.

Broken dryer. Good thing we were tall enough to see before using!
