We loved the house - it was perfect for the 6 of us. Well equipped kitchen and so nice that coffee was provided. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Nearby restaurants. Only complaint is trying to get a response from the host as we would have liked an early check in
The space was perfect for our group. Nice park across the street and central to our needs including coffee shops. The awkwardness of the second bathroom use didn't impact us as it appeared the were no meetings during our stay; perhaps because of the July stay. The parking pass was very helpful. We use SpotHero for our second car.
This is a wonderful property, walkable to many restaurants and bars with walkability also to downtown, bus stops, and train stop. Air conditioned with a great kitchen and terrific laundry. The outside small patio is perfect for two and no morning sunâŠ.only sunny in late afternoon. Pleasant neighborhood!
Loved the beautiful grounds, the accommodations, and proximity to town. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Only issue we encountered was access to parking, which was very limited. A couple times we searched a couple streets nearby for a spot. We did end up getting an 80 parking ticket for parking too near a line by the b&b. The entire area in front of it was a 'delivery area'.
We were a family of eight staying pre-cruise. The house was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We loved the seattle vibe. The neighbourhood was very quiet. It was a lovely stay. Karen the property manager was great to deal with.
Very centrally located convenient to visit all that Seattle has to offer by light rail, bus or walking. Many shops, restaurants, parks within easy walking distance. Karen is a gracious host. Very nice stay.
This was our family's first time in Seattle. While the house was not super updated, it had plenty of room. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, especially being able to make coffee after a late arrival on our first night. There was plenty of space for our family to be together and we managed the shared bathroom without any issues. The house was chilly, but we did not have access to the thermostat. Maybe having some additional blankets to cozy up would be helpful.
Five adults visited. Two nights. Quiet neighborhood, easy walks to Markets and Space Needle area. Also speedy trips on ride share. Plenty of space for us to relax. Nice well-equipped kitchen.
We were in Seattle for a few days on our way to a family wedding in Leavenworth, Washington. I was looking for a place that could accommodate our family of six, including four teenagers who are particular about their sleeping arrangements. We found the right place! Everyone had a super comfortable bed that met their expectations (whew!). Very safe and friendly neighborhood. We were also conveniently located near some great coffee and pizza spots right down the streets. Note that parking on the street can be tricky. Just allow for extra time. We always found something within a five minute walk of the house. Overall it was a great stay in Seattle!!
All things considered I would rate this as a positive positive experience. The house was clean and all appliances worked. The beds were comfortable, and the living room was a pleasant place for my group to socialize . However, there were two issues that would cause me to reconsider staying here again, the first is probably beyond the control of the owner and that issue is parking. It was often difficult to find a parking place as the neighborhood is close to downtown and there were lots of vehicles. The second issue and the one that would probably cause me not to stay here again is the fact that the controls for the heater were locked and unaccessible. I find that unacceptable because if Iâm staying in a âhomeâ I should have access to those controls. This is part of a community center, and if that was made known to me before hand, I donât recall it. However we never had any issue with people using the community center attached to the house .
The home was clean and had everything we needed. The check in was super easy. The hardest thing was parking. They had a parking permit but it was difficult to find an open parking spot because we had a large vehicle.
The place worked well for our family. Very cool neighborhood. Close to lots. The property manager was very helpful and available. We could have used a couple of other comforts such as more blankets and a scrubber for the sink, but we made it work just fine. We would stay there again.
