Das perfekte Weingebiet! Casa Martin ist ein geräumiges Haus, das umfassend zu einem klaren und sauberen zeitgenössischen Meisterwerk umgebaut wurde. Die perfekte Ergänzung zu unserem 5StarVR-5-Sterne-Stall in Sonoma County. Auf fast einem Hektar, nur einen Steinwurf von Dutzenden von Weltklasse-Weingütern und 20 Minuten vom Graton Casino entfernt, bietet diese entspannende Oase den perfekten Ort für einen Kurzurlaub in Ihrem Weinland. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer mit einem Bonuszimmer, das als 4. Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Schlafsofa und einem Vollbad dient. Es gibt auch Luftmatratzen für zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer und Queensize-Betten in den beiden anderen Schlafzimmern. Die offene Küche bietet ein kulinarisches Erlebnis für die Köche in Ihrer Gruppe und der großzügige, offene, große Raum bietet viel Platz für Versammlungen. Der Bonusraum verfügt über einen Großbildfernseher und ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für die ganze Gruppe. Der parkähnliche Hinterhof ist sehr privat mit einem großen Pool und einem Essbereich im Freien, der für eine festliche Atmosphäre mit Stichlichtern beleuchtet ist. Ein großer überdachter Bereich mit Gas-Feuerstelle neben dem Pool ist der perfekte Ort, um Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen. Es gibt sogar eine Außendusche in der überdachten Terrasse. Der Rest des Hinterhofs bietet einen eingezäunten Bereich für Kinder und Haustiere.

Alle unsere Ferienwohnungen sind komplett mit Kochgeschirr, Geschirr, Haushaltswaren und Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Toilettenpapier ausgestattet. Papiertücher; Shampoo & Conditioner; Bade-, Geschirrspül- und Wäscheseifen; verschiedene Müllsäcke. Luxuriöse Bettwäsche ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Great home near downtown Sebastopol
We rented this home for my annual family vacation and it was great! We had 4 adults and 2 kids, plus our two dogs, and it was the perfect set up for us. The grounds are spectacular and perfect for al fresco dining. The home offered everything we were looking for. The home doesn't have a/c and I was a little nervous about that as we were renting in the middle of August, but it really wasn't that bad due to the shade from the huge pines, etc. around the property. A super clean home, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and patio was perfect for simply hanging around. We actually didn't want to leave the property very often as we were enjoying it so much! I'd highly recommend renting this home.

Perfect for Family
It was a joy to watch our young granddaughter experience the freedom to explore this fenced in fantasy yard. From the deck we could hear her roaming safely through the entire yard, playing imaginary games along with her little Corgi. She picked a few peaches and apples in prep for her imaginary pies, loved watching the turkey, and goats next door and used her flashlight in the evening to add mystery. Compared to the scheduled play dates children have these days, this place was a great gift. The house, yard, and beautiful deep pool were perfect for us We ate breakfast outside daily and found the kitchen well supplied and easy to maneuver The bonus room with 3rd bath is a real plus for TV time, art & crafts and just a get away. We have rented many homes and have come to prefer the simplicity of the rancher one story style. The place was very clean, simply decorated, beds were comfortable and the baths provided more than we needed. Parking was great. Unloading/loading the car was easy. The home is located just far enough out of town, yet close enough to quickly run an errand. We all agreed that this home may not have been the fanciest, or had the most amazing views or remarkable decor, however it was the best rental we have enjoyed together. Note: to respect neighbors barn animals and pets we use a bark collar for the corgi when outdoors while renting.

Family Fun
This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 boys (7 & 10). We did two major adventures - Safari West and the Skunk Train. Everyone happy to come back to the pool in the afternoon. The property itself is lovely with several sitting areas so you could have some peace and quiet if you wanted and apple and lemon trees. Also the kitchen was well supplied and easy to prepare meals in.

Family get together
For once, a vacation rental that was way better than the listing! There was so much to do at the property and everything was in good working order, clean and new. When we enquired about a couple of things to do with the pool, someone was there to attend to it in less than an hour. There was even a charger for our electric car which we only found out about when we got there. Definitely a 5 star home. We will definitely want to return to this.

My daughters and I absolutely loved Casa Martin. The location was perfect, close to shopping and cute Downtown Sebastapol and the wonderful Barlow Market area, but private and relaxing at the property. The grounds of the home are so lovely around the pool! The house is inviting with a great floor plan and wonderfully well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return next summer!

Family getaway
This was such a good choice for our family of four. The grounds and pool were a perfect retreat. The sight line to the pool and backyard were perfect from the kitchen and we enjoyed the privacy of the property from the other homes. The only issue was the master shower drainage, but the managers were quick to respond. The TV room was a nice lounge space and the home is not too big, but allows separation for some quiet. For the adults, wineries and tasting rooms were only six to eight minutes away. A really nice home to relax and replenish from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We hope to return.

Stay was nice. I have 3 younger kiddos and they lived in the pool. It was a nice surprise to see they converted the garage into a bonus room that was ideal for families. The house and property were really great. The house was spacious and the property was beautiful.
The flow of the house was great plenty of room with a nice central kitchen, living room and dining room to hang out and socialize. There was a huge bonus room that accommodated our teens with a very comfortable pull out bed. We would definitely consider staying here again!
