Idyllic home away from home
Wonderful home. immaculate, superb views, not just of Cathedral rock, but looking out BR window at red rocks esp at sunrise. Feels like a zoo - w javelina herd (with little babies this time) visits the property daily and coyotes checking out the yard from the periphery and finally, colorful birds coming to feeders near deck. Great hot tub to view waning sun across the landscape. Adriana is a wonderful hostess. Responsive to any issues. Can’t say enough about the property. Very private. Fells like you are alone amongst the animals and scenery. We will be back.

Wow much better than advertised and expected
First, the property. The property is in a perfect location in Sedona just adjacent to Cathedral Rock. The amazing wild life was a joy to see almost daily. Javelinas, coyotes and lots of different birds. The house itself, was perfectly decorated with great attention to detail. Plenty of towels, bedding and great pillows. Kitchen was huge and had everything one needs to cook, especially with super views. The house was cleaned to perfection - didn't feel like a typical rental at all. What was great is there was zero junk, one sees in host owned rental companies. The host, Adrianna was very communicative and responsive and patient with my requests. I can tell she puts a lot of love into the place. It is a special, calming and enjoyable home. Thanks so much for making my time a great experience. I'll be back next year! Thanks!

We stayed for a long weekend. The hot tub was fantastic, especially after long hikes! Close enough to all areas of Sedona, that nothing was more than a 15-20 minute drive away.

Best location!
Everything was perfect. This was my 2nd stay at this house. You get to hike Cathedral Rock without riding the shuttle. The wildlife in the yard was entertaining everyday and a favorite part of the trip. We would run over and hike to the top of Cathedral Rock every night to watch the glorious sunset.

Beautiful views
This property is everything it says it is in the ad. It was easy to find, and the views of Cathedral rock are stunning. We did see wildlife consisting of Javelina, coyotes and beautiful birds. We were also very pleased to find food in the fridge, consisting of eggs Bread, muffins, fruit etc., which we could partake of. That really helped the next morning when we didn’t have to go out for breakfast! Our only regret is that we could only stay one night. We would definitely book this property again.

Perfect
STOP SEARCHING! You found it. My wife and I are avid cabin/vacation home vacationers. This place is awesome. Normally I give the pros and cons in a review, but this place has no cons. Very spacious, private, huge kitchen, comfortable beds, clean, just a short drive to Sedona. But the 2 best things are the gorgeous view and the wildlife. Javelinas spend the day on the property. Mostly sleeping but appreciate a snack from guests. We also had 3 coyotes visit daily. Rabbits and birds also.

Homey place that met our needs…comfy beds and stocked kitchen for several meals which was a great surprise! Laundry facilities were perfect and the javelinas ands coyotes were exciting to watch…..and the quails and cardinals!!

Private Paradise
Property was lovely with incredible views from the kitchen, Arizona room and back patio. Our little growing family (3yo & 5mo) had plenty of space & privacy to play, take in the gorgeous scenery, watch the javelina & coyotes from a safe distance and enjoy all Sedona has to offer.

Wow!
We were really wow-ed by this house! The listing doesn't do it justice. Spacious with different common areas, inside and out; very clean; beds very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen such that it felt like being at home. View of Cathedral Rock on the patio! A nature show: we spotted coyotes, javelinas, and different birds. Very quiet area, so a relaxing place to return to after a day of hiking. Excellent communication with host.

Calm and welcoming oasis
I came here to experience the energy and nature of Sedona, and this was the perfect home to stay in to do so. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating; she went above and beyond with stocking the fridge, asking if I needed anything, and welcoming me to the area. I felt so safe in this home, which is invaluable as a solo female traveler. Families of javelinas and coyotes rested here often, which is a beautiful testament to the gentle energy in this home. Hidden Gem Perfect for Everything Sedona…

Beautiful views
The property looked exactly like it did on line. Amazing views and very clean. It is a bit dated/ rustic as shown in the listing, but everything worked just fine. The owner was responsive and flexible. I greatly appreciated being able to bring my two large dogs. If you do stay with children or small pets, just note that the slats on the upper deck railing are a bit wide apart, and a small person or dog could go through. Best to bring something to block these. We brought a portable dog fence to be safe. This is the second time I have stayed here and I will again.
