Exquisite Sedona
We had an amazing stay in Sedona. The property was exquisite, comfortable, and cozy all at the same time. Plenty of room for a family or friends who we will include on our next visit. The patio is the perfect place to view and appreciate the Sedona red rocks any time of day. In the morning we had deer on the other side of the fence. The view from the front is equally beautiful. The hammock is the perfect napping spot after a morning of hikes. The house is well equipped and had a decent amount of pantry items (herbs/spices/tea/coffee, etc). We were so happy with our stay at the house we extended an extra day. Megan was great with communication and addressed all of our emails promptly and thoughtfully. We have used VRBO properties in many places in the US and Europe and this one ranks in our top 3 of all of them. We cannot wait to return.

A few friends and I stayed here for the weekend! It was extremely clean and perfect for our small group. Beds were comfy and bathrooms are fully stocked. Amazing views from backyard. Loved the fire table!

Sedona Sunrise
We had a delightful stay at your lovely Sedona home. Coffee and tea at sunrise on the back patio provided visits (outside the fence) from javelinas and deer, while hummingbirds zipped from bush to tree. The rising sun resulted in a red glow on the mountains behind and in front of the house which was delightful both morning and night. Our only complaint was that the back patio door needs some work; it was difficult to open and close. We were glad to be a few miles away from the Sedona busyness. The neighborhood was peaceful and lovely. We would definitely stay again

Resplendent Red rocks
Beautiful, and clean home. Well stocked home essentials plus extras. Really quiet neighborhood. Nice walk to the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Easy access to so many trails. Uptown shopping is fun and only a short drive away. If I could submit a picture of having my morning tea in the backyard with the gorgeous mountain views, everyone will want to stay there.

Beautiful Sedona House
Everything was perfect. Location is convenient but away from the crowds. The house is updated with new comfortable beds and furniture and is spotlessly clean. The back porch is awesome, facing east, which not only gives a great view of the Red Rock formations, but also protects from afternoon sun. After a day of exploring it was like an oasis out back watching the sun go down. Will book again on any return trips to Sedona.

We use VRBO frequently. Majestic Fawn is one of the nicest places that we have ever stayed. The location of the home was perfect. We loved walking the neighborhood. The house was beautifully decorated. It had EVERYTHING we needed. Check in and out was perfect. Communication with Megan was great. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return someday.

Lovely Spot
This property was lovely and served our group well. It was nice to be a bit further away from the heavy traffic area of Sedona, which was nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with all needed items. Access to park in garage would have been nice, but was not a big deal. Highly recommend property!

Peaceful
This house was fantastic! Very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Every window has a beautiful view. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. You can see the Chapel of the Holy Cross from one of the guest rooms. The kitchen is well stocked and the fridge is spacious. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to Sedona.

The location, near chapel of the holy cross, was close enough to town to be convenient, but out of the traffic. Nice views from the front and back of the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect Homebase!
We spent 4 days/3nights in Sedona. This house was a perfect homebase! We often hiked in the morning, came back for lunch and a break before heading out again. The back patio was quiet and relaxing with majestic views! The house was well stocked, clean and had everything we needed and more. Location was great, close to Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Courthouse Loop and Chapel of the Holy Cross. We loved it here!

Superb is the only word that comes to mind about this property and our stay here. The location is awesome with the backdrop of beautiful Red Rocks and this property's proximity to downtown and all major hiking trail heads.

Amazing Patio View!
Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is located just 2-3 minutes South of the central part of Sedona in a quiet neighborhood, away from the crowds but close to everything. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and well appointed. Everything you need in the kitchen if you want to fix your own meals, and all the bathroom necessities. We especially loved the view from the back patio. We enjoyed relaxing with coffee in the early morning and watching the starts with a glass of wine in the evening. Megan was excellent with communication before, during, and after the visit. We arrived later in the evening than we intended, but the arrival instructions were perfect and easily found our way. Will definitely look to return to this property on our next visit to Sedona!

We loved our stay at the house. The backyard was great to relax and enjoy the scenery and the sunset in, and the common spaces were perfect for spending quality time together in. We especially enjoyed playing the selection of games after being out during the day.
