Every detail was taken care of and of the highest quality. From the pickup at the airport, to checkin, to daily delicious breakfasts, to gourmet teas, to friendly smiles and conversations, to the high quality linens and decorations, to the excellent mosquito control, to the clean pool, kitchen and living area, everything was pristine!! We loved our stay here and couldn’t have asked for better service. I can’t imagine why anyone would stay anywhere else! ✨

The property itself is beautifully maintained. We stayed in a one bedroom villa & were thoroughly impressed. The staff went above & beyond to make sure we were happy our entire stay. Each morning a chef came to us to cook us breakfast. Each night they came & offered turn down service. The only issue for us personally with the villa was the toilet. It has no door & is part of the outdoor bathroom. Just a little awkward. The location wasn't too far from downtown but kind of in a dark alley off the beaten path. Overall an amazing place we would definitely recommend.

Everything is great about the One Boutique except a couple of minor things. 1, the safe in the room are really old and really hard to make it work. 2, the property is great but the location is a bit off the main streets, best to get a car, not really walkable to shopping etc. the map says it is close to the beach but you will need to find that hidden path through the villas to get to the beach. The main road to the beach is fairly far.

The staff was wonderful! We were treated like royalty. Any thing we needed was quickly provided. The hotel will transport you to any location in Seminyak for free when you need it! They can even take you on excursions for an added charge. The villas were beautiful and well maintained. We had breakfast and afternoon tea cooked in our villa every day! It’s well located and overlooks a field of rice patties. We also participate in the floating breakfast and BBQ. So worth it! You must try both. I want to go back just to stay at The One Boutique Villa again! I have NO complaints about these lodgings.

It’s a hidden gem but not too far from the beach, just 5 min walk. We love how they welcome us from day one until the last day of our 7 nights stay. The crew is awesome and very friendly. The daily breakfast cooked in our villa is delicious and the romantic bbq party they set up for us, they outside themselves. Shout out to Mr Rama, Yoga, the head master and to the butlers who were very helpfull. We would definitely stay there again!

Really love my stay here. It was perfect. I love the personalised service, quiet and beautiful villa that are clean. Insects and mosquitoes not an issue. Transport was complimentary and readily available. Massage was good. Breakfast delicious. Location very near good restaurants and central seminyak. Only thing is there’s no gym but that is ok. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. Perfect place for a quiet restful retreat!

Great Isolated Villa
I totally recommend this Villa for a couple :), total isolation and privacy. Staff are excellent too and the hotel offers many services. The only drawback is that internet connection is really bad so if you plan to work I suggest a mifi with mobile internet.

Exactly what we hoped for.
From the start to the end of our trip we were treated to exceptional hospitality. We were so relaxed by the end of the trip we didn't want to leave. We were in Bali on a girl' s trip for my sister's 30th birthday. The villas are clean and well maintained. The decor is lovely and we really enjoyed having so many different spots to lounge around in. Nothing was too hard for the staff. Even when we mentioned that we loved star fruit the staff went out to the markets to buy that fruit specifically. The breakfast and afternoon tea is brought to your Villas and are delicious. We mainly ate the Indonesian breakfasts, so highly recommend these. There is a shuttle service from the airport but you do need to request this directly from the hotel so call them or email them with arrival details beforehand. They also provide transport into Seminyak but not back. When there wasn't a car available they paid for our taxis. There were just so many things to say thankyou for that it's difficult to stop. Now that I have stayed here I understand why they have the rating they do! I would highly recommend getting a taxi back to the hotel rather than walking as it is a dark and narrow road from the main road and it is difficult for cars or bikes to see you in the unlit areas. This distance is one of the reasons for the tranquility you will experience though.

I challenge you to find a better place to stay
I've been to 22 countries. All continents except Antarctica. Amazing hotels. Amazing places. The One is the only property in the whole world I've ever stayed in that I could hardly hold back tears when leaving. Manager Pipi and all the others made us their family. This was 7-star service at a 5-star property. I would fly the 19 hours back just to stay at The One, honestly. Personal butlers every day. Personal driver whenever you need. Authentic, good people trying to take good care of their guests. Big breakfasts, complimentary afternoon teas (with food!), great location... I can hardly say enough about our stay. I should say that as a same-sex couple, we were treated with the utmost respect. We were taken care of from beginning to end, and The One and its staff made many gestures to go beyond the call of duty to make us feel very special here. I would say this is the best place I've ever stayed in, and that's saying a lot.
