The property is located in a convenient location with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. The room set up is fantastic but could have used a thorough cleaning. Found dust bunnies all over the floors and curtains. Cafe in lobby was handy and served really good coffee. Great to have two convenience stores on site. Front desk were not friendly or very helpful.

The hotel was absolutely amazing! It was easy to get delivery ordered directly to our hotel room door and all the facilities were wonderful. The staff in front desk were exceptionally kind and or even able to help us when we were having troubles or needed directions. Would highly recommend!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We had the family suite and it was basically a 2-bedroom apartment! The beds were comfortable, the area is very safe and within a 3 minute walk to the metro. Having a washer was an added bonus. I did not know I was getting a 2-bedroom apartment when I booked and it was perfect for my family of 3 so my son could get a full night of sleep every day without a lot of noise from us like in a regular hotel room. We would stay there again!

I really liked this property. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. The only thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars was it lacked some basic utensils. The room had a microwave, stove, kettle, mugs and glasses, but didn’t have utensils or plates. It would have been great to have those options.

Perfect location and comfortable stay

My room was very clean and comfortable. The service staff came every day and did an excellent job keeping my room clean. The location of Sollago is perfect for walking to Myeongdong and other sites. I appreciated the easy access to the subway and bus service. It was also nice to have a cafe in the hotel as well as a convenience store and a currency exchange machine. There’s also a wonderful sandwich shop and a coffee shop less than a block away. Overall, Sollago helped make my solo trip to Seoul very enjoyable.

The location was super convenient—close to key subway lines and bus stops, which made getting around the city easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I loved having convenience stores and a café right in the lobby. The room was spacious, and having a washing machine in the room was a huge plus. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

The hotel would charge you to leave the luggage there at lobby assuming the front desk would let you. It took some "convincing". Be prepared to pay if your departure time/flight is in the night time.

The location if the hotel is great, just about 10 minutes walk from the famous Myeongdong street market, where we spent lots of time trying all the street food and restaurants, as well shopping. About 5 min walk from the hotel is the Chungmu-ro station, where we took the subway to go to all the other attractions. The hotel is located on one of Chungmu-ro side street, with lots of lical restaurants, walking at night feels a little bit sketchy (to NA standards) but is actually very safe. Definitely will stay at the same location next ti.e.

The best thing about the property was its location. Very close to the subway. The room was excellent, had a washer/dryer. Also a large refrigerator. The bed was not as comfortable as you would like but that was the only thing I could say was negative. The staff was amazing! They helped with directions, calling cabs,subway directions. I would stay here again.

Great stay for 3 people, we booked "bunk" style with 2 beds. Loved our washer. Great location. 5 minutes from Subway. 1 stop away from Myeongdong shopping area so quiet area to stay. Highly recommend.

The hotel is clean and located close to Myeongdong street market, about 10 minutes walk. There are multiple convenient stores near the hotel, where you can buy a variety of snacks, instant noodles, sandwiches, drinks. There are a lot if dinners close to the hotel, where you have numerous choices for breakfast/lunch/dinner. 5 minutes walk to Chungmu-ro station. There is a foreign exchange station right at the hotel lobby, so you can exchange for Korean won, the exchange rate is a bit higher that the airport exchange store. Overall, a great hotel at the center of Myeondong district.

Absolutely loved this hotel. I was hesitant about booking it but so glad i did. Nice room, clean, new, lots of storage, washing machine. The bathroom was great with rainshower head and good water pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Muse Lee. I wish to commend him. Of all the 4 hotels I stayed in South Korea, this is the only one that allowed me to check in early. The rest insisted on 3 pm check in even though they had the room. I recommend this property. Great value.

Great place to stay. Has a convenience store and a coffee shop in the lobby itself. Very close to subway stations too. Lots of local eateries around and Myeongdong area is very close. Rooms were clean. Staff offered us an upgrade and made our stay even more special.
