Family Vacation
The stay here had some good points and a couple of bad ones. This was a family vacation with 8 adults. The good:The layout of the house. Hot water was never a problem for 8Beds were alrightPlenty of space insideKitchen table, pool table, arcade game, couches, all pretty great shapeHeat was goodThe badThe refrigerator did us wrong. There is a note on the front of the fridge warning you to not fully load it all at once and not to make it colder than the recommended setting. In retrospect this sounds like they have had complaints in the past. Well we took the advice and did not overload it or mess with the temp.the first day it was fine. By the 2nd day you could tell the temp wasnt holding. By the 3rd day we determined the meat wasnt safe anymore. We threw away about 75 worth of meat.In addition the ice maker wasnt working. So we bought a bag of ice on day 1 and it slowly melted in the freezer. The Keurig was broken. the bottom needle was missing.I messaged the host on the first day about the issue with the ice maker not working and the Keurig. He responded quickly. He said he didnt have any reports of the Keurig issue and the ice maker is working. I responded that the Keurig lower needle is missing and its not working. I confirmed that the ice maker is indeed not working.He never responded back about this issue the rest of the trip.Dirty baking sheets and pansBack porches were pretty dirtyDirty Kitchen floors when we arrived. We cleaned them.

Great location for Dollywood!
Perfect spot to meet our adult children and their kids to take them to Dollywood. Every mom and baby had their own rooms and there were plenty of bathrooms. We did have a noise problem with the babies waking up to sounds on the top floor so it was good they brought sound machines. We only had two issues worth noting: the electric on either side of the kitchen window did not work and we had to move the toaster to find working outlets. We never could get the Kuerig to work nor the light above the sink. I agree with some other reviews that the lighting needs to be better. More and different.all but one ceiling fan light has the cold white light and some of the other overhead lights are the harsh white. . It would be great if those could be adjusted to the warm setting. Definitely need more lighting in the basement and basement rooms. Bring your own spices and ziplocks but there’s a great selection of cookware and dishes. Justin was very responsive before and after our stay. The home is beautiful and we love the ample seating area upstairs and had fun playing pool! We used the playpen And high chair provided and played a few games. Would definitely return!

First time visit to thisamazing area
This cabin mansion is absolutely beautiful. There's plenty of room to spread out, & lots to dog to have fun. Communication with our host was excellent, and the beds were super comfy. We would live to stay here again, and highly recommend it. Added benefit, only about 5 minutes from Dollywood, without the traffic headaches.

Definitely could have been cleaner, especially the porches. Dust and spider webs everywhere. Need better lighting by the hot tub. It was a beautiful place, lots of family time and new memories were made. The place itself was great.

Beautiful Smoky Mountain cabin near Dollywood
We really enjoyed this cabin and experience for our first time in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Located minutes from Dollywood and Dolly’s Splash Park, this cabin is tucked into the mountains. It was very clean and spacious. We appreciated the toiletries, washer and dishwasher pods, TP, sheets, and towels that were provided for us. This cabin is family friendly with a baby gate at the top of the stairs , pack and play, high chair, and kid’s spoons and bowls. The game room is fun and the hot tub was great after a long day of sight seeing. Plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans along with dishes and cups. Bring aluminum foil and some food storage containers fyi. There’s grocery stores nearby and lots of things to do. Gatlinburg is minutes away and of course, Buc-Ees which is a family favorite. Don’t have those in the north east lol. Justin is a great property manager and his quick responses were amazing and he is wonderful at his job. Would highly recommend this cabin and his property management team. First class all the way. To the owner’s-we loved your cabin and the time you took to decorate it. Felt like a home, not a house. Ty for sharing ur with us.

Right by Parrot Mountain and Dollywood. Got to see bears and turkeys. Property owners were gracious and answered any questions immediately. Cabin was just as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

No communication with owner only property management agency and they were horrible.
The AC didn’t work when we checked in. The property manager acted like they would send someone first thing the next day. The next day they acted like they couldn’t get ahold of their technician & we had to spend all day on the phone with them & VRBO trying to get an update whether a technician would be sent or not because they kept responding with the same response almost like it was automated. Someone had to stay home all day & they didn’t come until evening. Only fixed the upstairs AC but stated the AC was fixed. The next day we let them know the downstairs AC still wasn’t fixed. They said they would send someone. Hours later this turned into them telling us they were kicking us out and sending a sheriff because of a story about our service dog not being one. They never called to discuss the story. We had to rush home to deal with the situation. Once they spoke with us they realized it was a misunderstanding & apologized. You are not able to talk to the owners. Not even VRBO can. We could only deal with property management company. I have never dealt with a more incompetent company. Who is going to throw a disabled veteran out at 8:30 at night because you thought they lied about their service dog because your previous experiences & didn’t make sure you are correct first. The vacation was stressful & more time was spent dealing with issues than enjoying our vacation. The last night we were there the internet went out & you have no service without the internet.

Perfect Getaway
Loved that the cabin resort is isolated and quiet yet so close to all the amenities and fun! The cabin is spacious and was easily able to accommodate the whole family. The game room was a hit for both the teens and adults. Property owner was great with communication and very responsive to needs. Thanks for a great stay!
