Overall good. Nice location. Cold air entered at the living room area. The mini blinds in the living room need replaced, (broken blinds). Master bed is on a frame full/queen size frame with a king mattress, which can be a safety hazard; especially if you start to sit on the side of the bed, careful you will fall in the floor. We did have an issue with the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi will not connect if you have privacy for IP tracing on, set on your phone. We apt to forgo the Wi-Fi connection.

Great neighborhood
Love this neighborhood. The location is great and close to the attractions. Loved the condo. Just the right size for the 4 of us and our 2 fur babies. Cooked heat and serve Thanksgiving meal. Could have used an additional sauce pan or two, but we made it work. The dishwasher is a little wonky as the entire machine moves when opening the door.

Nice home away from the busy streets. Communication with owners is a 10! Only problem I had was couch is very low and with recent spinal surgery not comfortable for me. A big chair in living room would be a great addition. Also would have liked to have rugs at entrances to avoid leaves coming in on feet. Great location , close to local tourist sites.

Great getaway
We had this booked for our twin boys’ 9th birthday. Our local community was severely affected by the floods from hurricane Helene and our house has no power or water, and we were afraid we wouldn’t be able to make it due to road conditions. We were able, thankfully, and this little condo gave us a great sense of normalcy. We were able to wash clothes, take showers, and have a normal couple of nights. It was a great relief and we would definitely recommend.

Family and dog friendly.
Property is definitely in rented condition. Really needs a good deep scrub. Everyday living/touching surfaces were clean (and I do get grossed easy so surfaces really were wiped clean) but every not so touched surfaces, not so much. Couch, thank goodness I brought a bunch of sheets. Kids and dogs definitely had sticky hands/ dirty paws all on it. You can tell it was attempted clean, but -just take sheets. Wanted to add fees for our dog even though the listing said free, didn't hear back until 2 days into our stay that yes, they would go with what their listing stated. Location is away from all hustle/bustle in a cluster of like condos but still close enough to everything and convenient. Main aspect I did not like was the code to the condo. I'm guessing they never change the code since the code has a correspondence to the condo itself. Since we did bring our dog, I did also bring a security camera to be able to watch and make sure she wasn't disturbing anyone barking , but turns out with the feeling codes weren't changed, I was thankful I had it. Overall, I would consider staying here again. It would be perfect for a family getaway. Majority of condos looked to have been chosen to be able to bring their dogs. My only recommendation, bring sheets, and don't forget kitchen towels. We brought regular towels but never gave the kitchen a thought. You are supplied with 1. Overall, I would recommend, guests around us we're all friendly so bonus!

Great Stay Near the Smokies
It was a great place to stay!! There is so much to do near this location including the Smokey Mnts and Dollywood and so many other things. I appreciated how well and clearly the hosts communicated the whole time. I also appreciated the book the hosts left with recommendations of things to do in the area. I felt like we lacked no good thing!

Just like any other mass-owned condo in the smokys.
There isn’t anything special to say about this place. Your front porch view is a dirty, overflowing dumpster. The sink was leaking, possibly from a backup that was smelling up the kitchen from the standing water in the dishwasher. The downstairs toilet leaked. The hot tub was dirty. The beds were thin and uncomfortable. There wasn’t even a lamp in the living room or blankets and pillows or anything cozy or homey about this at all. It’s not someone’s home, it’s just a line of units that are all the same. Same decor, same everything. Not pet friendly even though the listing says it is, the owner will make you pay a separate fee after you’ve already paid for the listing that says it’s pet friendly. At night it was pitch black unless your neighbors were kind enough to keep the porch light on which made walking a dog at night on a curvy steep sidewalk awful. Absolutely not handicap accessible, period. Trash was littering the ground in the “back yard” where the hot tub is. It isn’t fully fenced in so you can’t bring your pet with you out there. There weren’t even enough washcloths and towels for each of us to shower the days we were there. Kitchen barely had anything in it to be deemed usable. It’s clear the owners have never stayed a night in there. I couldn’t wait to leave, stuff just kept popping up that was icky about that place.

Property was clean, comfortable and everything suited our needs. The kids loved the arcade console and the adults thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Located a short drive away from downtown and major attractions makes this property ideal for those who want to enjoy a bit of seclusion and get away from the hustle and bustle the city brings. Beds were comfy and the hosts were prompt and welcoming. Will stay again in the future.

Perfect place to stay!
This place was the perfect stay for my family and I to enjoy a quick weekend in Sevierville, TN! The bed was very comfortable and I loved that it was very open concept for my puppy to play around inside. The cleanliness was 5 star and the location was quiet and peaceful! When we first got there, we had struggled getting the door unlocked and I contacted the host and they had a very quick response time and went out of their way to text me to give me directions and were very kind. I definitely reccomend staying here!

Wonderful hosts but some minor issues
The property and location were as described in the listing. It’s a very cute and comfy place and it’s in a great spot away from traffic and tourist noise. Good for families. We did have an issue with the a/c - the cleaners disconnected it during cleaning - but the owners sent someone to tend to it within 20 minutes. Absolutely no complaints about how they do business. They were wonderful and polite. The only issues we had were with the cleanliness inside in a couple of places: the window blinds were really gross, like coated in sticky dust and small clumps of it where it looked like someone attempted to clean it but gave up; the appliances were a little shoddy but that’s whatever, I guess (cracked microwave handle/door) and the oven was a bit grimy on the outside as well. Nothing that’s too concerning but worth mentioning since you are paying a fair amount of $ to stay. My biggest issue was with the dumpsters outside. They were overflowing by the time we got there and by the time we left 4 days later people were stacking their trash beside the dumpster. There were MOUNDS of garbage surrounding the dumpster. It was gross. Thankfully our unit was on the opposite end because that would have smelled so bad. We did have a bit of an issue with the neighboring unit. Kids were in the hot tub making lots of noise past 10, they had a very unsafe fire going, but, again, not really that big of an issue but stuff to consider since you’re paying a fair amount to stay there.
