I could write a book about actions of Matt. I will leave a short review on this site and let others risk renting from him. We rented a home; we arrived to the heat being broken. After repeated attempts to fix it, no one showed up, and repeated lies. (at 1130pm they said just go stay a hotel for the night) We told Matt we would be requesting a refund of some type. Matt gets angry and demands we send him an email stating everything is fine with the home and we won't be filing for a refund; if we don't send this email, he will not allow us back into the home. We must collect our belongings and leave right now. He stated nothing is wrong with the heat, yet, it took two visits to get it corrected over 2 plus days. He claims the home does not heat passed 65 degrees because it's cold outside, and I should be happy to have that; others are not heating as high. We walk over to two other homes on the property, both heating above 70. He brings a small space heater for a 5,000 sq foot home and demands we send him an email before we can go back to our stay. This continued for two more days, along with many other issues regarding property maintenance and lies. We had to stay in a hotel on our last night's stay. We simply want a refund and to never deal with this owner ever again. He still refuses.
