Really no complaints. However, the ceiling in my room had big water spot. Looked like there had been a leak or flood. The breakfast on weekend ended at 9am, which I missed and the coffee pot in my room didn't work.

HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE?????

MY ROOM WAS HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE, BUT HAD A TUB, I HAD HAD SURGERY ON MY LEFT THUMB, SO IT WAS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO CLIMB IN AND OUT OF A TUB. HONESTLY I ALMOST FELL GETTING OUT, I COULDN'T GRAB ANYTHING WITH MY ONE HAND. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED A WALK IN SHOWER.....

Mess up.

I had reserved 3 rooms months in advance to attend a concert. The room the I got was nice as was the one that I reserved for our friend. Unfortunately when i tried to check in and pay for my brother's room the clerk couldn't find a reservation in his or my name. We were totally surprised by that.He ended up having to go elsewhere.
