It was ok. The ladies at the check in desk were super friendly. As far as the room goes, the bed was like sleeping on the floor. The bathtub drain was apparently clogged because by the time was 15 minute shower was over, the tub was full of water. I told the lady about the tub at checkout and she said she would a note in. Who knows if she did.

Called to ask if a guest could get a room key and got comes at by the hotel manager as he claims he is. Went downstairs and attempted to talk to him and we rudely and loudly being talked to. Me and my guest felt very unwanted I can’t believe thugs like this are allowed to work here, even allowed to be a boss at that. Also had to walk to ballys just to warm up food. Everything inconvenient

Sam’s Town is always our first choice because of location, size of the room and bathroom, and cleanliness. I really wish they would use fitted sheets. I don’t like having to remake the bed and tuck the sheets in every time.

All employees were friendly. Bell hops were exceptional! The food in the BBQ place was not hot and service was extremely slow, especially for the low number of tables with guests. But can't speak highly enough of hotel and casino staff!

The tv in the room did not work- the mirror at the vanity area was pretty much falling off the wall. The tub was dirty - unclean with someone else’s hair still all in it. There was no breakfast options during the week day except for quick made deli items. I got a bacon egg cheese croissant and couldn’t even chew it - it was nasty. This used to be a nice hotel but my past two times staying here have sucked.

The room was huge and had all the necessary amenities. The carpet was very dated and worn. They surprised me with a Resort fee of 10 or 12 dollars. The hotel was almost empty yet they put me way up on the 14th floor.
