Perfect place for two right on the beach
My friend and I loved this little tiny place!! It was super clean, had what we needed, it's adorable, and the location is excellent. The bathroom is kind of uncomfortably small, but not enough to deter from staying there again. Easy check-in and check-out, no issues at all. Wonderful stay, thank you!!

Not what I expected cockroaches
Do not stay here. Save your money. After the first hour the cockroaches started coming out ( kitchen, bathroom, living space). We message the property manager and said someone would contact us. Nothing for 72 hours. Disgusting and unacceptable. We spoke with other guest from the unit and same thing. We were given 1 and 1/2 rolls of TP. When we asked for more they told us to buy our own. Stains on the comforter and pillows cases. The location was great for beach access and restroom. However the pick up and drop off at night was terrible with loud car noises. We would not recommend at all.

Great location in Siesta key
Property was an excellent location right beside the beach and plenty to do within walking distance. Perfect for a stay as a couple, plenty of space and good amenities. Fresh water outside to wash the sand off was a nice addition as well and much needed. We contacted the property management about possibly being able to enter the property about 20 minutes early and were told no, even though no one was working in or around the unit. So don't expect to be able to arrive a moment too early. My husband was feeling a little sick and just wanted to be inside and it wasn't possible, while still respecting the property management. Also, I understand leaving a unit respectfully clean when checking out, but the guidelines left for guests when checking out included basic housekeeping that should be included in the high cost paid for the cleaning fee when exiting.

Incredible location!
Location is absolutely amazing. Takes 20 seconds of walking to get to one of the nicest beaches I have experienced! My wife & I are 26 y/o celebrating our anniversary. We spent the last night on the beach looking at the stars. The unit itself could be improved. The bathroom toilet is a tight squeeze for a man, and the toilet seat was loose and had trouble flushing. The A/C is not good at all, we slept without sheets because we were very warm at night. Overall- you cannot beat this location. 3 minute walk to some incredible restaurants & the main town. They supplied plenty of towels for the beach as well!

Pleasantly surprised
I was a bit nervous as this was my first booking but it went well and the place was SO nice. The instructions were clear and straightforward and I was impressed by how clean it was. I will absolutely be re-booking the cottage in the future! It was so close to the beach; an overall absolute dream.

Nice place
Conveniently located close to beach and village. However the area did get busy with public beach access nearby. Cute pool with outdoor shower but was also used by local kids. Unfortunately pest control treatment was scheduled during our stay and the guests upstairs had a domestic incident. But don’t let any of this deter you from booking. That was just our experience. The unit was perfect for a long weekend stay. Cleaning and maintenance people were very helpful and pleasant

Cozy rental just steps away from the beach
Located in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the beach and a short walk away from restaurants and shops. The kitchen was handy to have for breakfast, lunch or a quick snack. Beach towels were supplied, which was nice to have. Would definitely rent again next time we are in the area.

Amazing little place next to the beach. Short walk to center of town. Very clean. Functional, though small, kitchen. We mostly used the fridge and microwave. Very clean. Ideal spot if you plan on spending most of your time out, and want a convenient, safe, quiet space to spend the night. Not good for entertaining, but perfect as a base of operations for 1-2 people.

The location was good ,somewhat unclear as shown in photos. We were told there was a toaster available. So we brought bread ,and bagels for breakfast and were not able to use them.There was no toaster in the unit. When I contacted the manager they said , there should be one. However, when I said that I had looked, .and found none . There was no further response. Other than that , the unit was adequate . It would be nice to have some information available on local restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Also information on how to navigate the television, would have been helpful . Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Perfect location
We had a wonderful time. The place was in a perfect location. The cleanliness of the property was very good. Some ideas to pass on the dresser in the closet smelt of mildew which limited the space for clothes. The mattress and pillows could be updated. With that said still rate a 5 star for stay.

Nice place to stay for a short weekend visit. Close to the beach and everything the village has to offer. We also enjoyed the Annual Sand Sculpting contest and the Sunday evening drum circle on the public beach.

The price was very reasonable for the awesome location. We got to check out both sides of the Key. Room is nice, could use some extra essentials when cleaning up. We would definitely stay again.

Cute Cottage
The location was wonderful-steps away from the beach and within walking distance to many bars, shops and restaurants with live music. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the property. Main surfaces and areas such as the bed, counters and toilet were clean. However, the walls, baseboards, windows, doors, and floor definitely needed a good scrubbing and a fresh coat of paint:( Electronic key fob was broken so we had to use keys provided-kind of a pain to ensure we had it at all times and didn’t lose them. I am not nit picky by any means but for the cost I felt it should have been improved with some TLC.
