We were a party of four adults for a 16 day stay. Communication with the PM was excellent, arrival instructions received 48 hours ahead of checkin, all codes worked. Condo was clean and decently equipped. Main bedroom king bed is comfortable, guest room full size tolerable - really needs a new queen mattress set. The place is dated, but clean and everything works. Washer and dryer in the kitchen were a huge plus - no need to overpack. Plenty of beach towels. Smart TV's everywhere. Property is manicured and secure. Always chairs and tables by the pool available. Unlimited private beach chairs and loungers a nice touch.
For the cooking enthusiast: bring at least one sharp knife, there are none here. Also no cutting board. You will need all supplies, including salt and pepper and cooking oil. There are adequate pots, pans, bakeware, widgets, dishes, cutlery. Short on coffee mugs. The Keurig was broken, but PM Melissa replaced it on Day 1 within hours of notification.
NOTE: If cooking isn't your thing, walk directly across the street to Captain Curt's or Daiquiri Deck for lunch/supper, Toasted Mango or Captain Curt's coffee shop for breakfast. (And Orange Octopus for ice cream.)
Good value, can't beat the beach or the overall location right at the end of the bridge. Definitely would stay at Siesta Breakers again.
