The location of the property is really ideal. Thereâs a wonderful view of the mountains, and itâs relatively close to many ski towns. Silverthorne has all that youâd need. So long as you donât mind the windy road up to the condo, itâs great.Fran, the property owner, was kind and responsive. With that said, problems were not solved. The condo was fine. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. The bathrooms were spacious. There is no closet in the master bedroom, just an armour, but no place to store bags and shoes.Overall cons: the carpet was stained and very worn. Neither TV was plugged in or would work when we arrived. I was given the number to call and get it fixed on my own. It didnât work more than it did. The dishwasher was clogged and wouldnât drain. It was never repaired during our stay. Itâs VERY warm. Thereâs no cooling option. I was told to open a door or get a fan out of the closet. The walls are very thin. You can hear EVERY movement from neighboring tenants. We are thankful for our time in Colorado and that we had sufficient accommodations, but I donât believe weâd choose to stay here again.
